NCR is calling me about a bill I do not owe I have told them I didnot  owe them and I didnot sign for this other person to get anything from them. I told them  to quit calling my house making treats.  I do not deliver treats for anyone.  You such record these messages and sent them to the attorney general.

Kevin McGuire, who claims to be a process server and has a tendency to scream into the phone, has called me 23 times so far today.  And, according to him when I spoke to him, he can continue to do so until either he "serves" me or until I resolve the matter with the "company" who hired him.  He, however, refuses to divulge the state through which he's licensed, his license number, or any other info that would lend legitimacy to him or his cause.  The company that he purports to represent, NCI, won't divulge their address (for their "own protection"), which lends an air of illegitimacy.  That same company also refuses to take responsibility for Kevin's stalker-like behaviors because they "just hire him" but don't "have any responsibility for what he does" and says when he's representing them... Hmm...  Manny Lopez, a "Senior Case Manager," is unsure of how the law works and what rights consumers are entitled to and tends to hang up on people.  Mike (no last name given), the "General Manager" of the entire company and Manny's superior, is also confused and hangs up on people.  He then refuses to take their return calls after he does so.  This behavior, this facade, this harassment, all of this is ridiculous.  If NCI is a legitimate company, then do what the law requires.  If I ask you to send me a letter validating debt, send me a letter.  I do want to resolve my debt.  Most people do.  If I ask for your company name and address, provide me that information from MY protection (I am, after all, the consumer).  Finally, if I ask you not to call me 23 times, don't.  Be professional.  That's how real, legitimate businesses operate...

Left threatening voicemails (which is illegal) on my company's answering machine repeatedly.   Bogus company.  Dealt with the likes of them before.   The company must buy names/contact info from short term payday loan companies.
