Got the same call. They keep it up going to get my home phone number and cell number both changed. Got caller I.D. will not answer any of their calls. They can call until the world ends. Couldn't care less.

Michelle Johnson from ADR Firm, one chance to call in regarding an order faxed over.  Attempting to locate home or work address to serve me litigation notice to appear in court.  When I called back, I supposedly owed a company called Spot-On 500.00 but could settle for $200.00.  I requested transaction ID and date of transaction because what the hell is Spot-On anyway?.  I checked online account and verified in phone with my bank, no transaction was ever made.  I am going to file a complaint with the FTC.  I explained to them my hesitation and they kept telling me that I would be taken to court.  The minute that I said that my uncle was an attorney, I suddenly had 48 hours to check into things and call them back.  I will call them back, to give them the complaint number tha I lodged against them.

We keep getting calls too...saying someone with the same last name has bad checks...repeated calls to the number asking to be removed as the person who they are calling for does not live here are being ignored..our number is on the do not call list.

Well I was getting EXTREMELY nervous...I had a "Mr. Stein" call and leave a message that an order was faxed over.  Attempting to locate home or work address to serve me litigation notice to appear in court?!?!?  I tried to call the number back and it saud "this message is no longer available."  It is bad enough to receive a scary call like this...but not to be able to get a hold of anyone when calling back???  Should I be concerned???

I got the same message but her name was Katherin, but she was very rude and gave me a court number and said that I have been served, what the hell is she talking about, so I called my neice which she is lawyer and she told me that just ignore there calls.

This girl named Brenda Taylor left a vm saying they have charges filed against me. Next day did the same with another threat. Called a family member as well. I called the # and it says nationwide adr firm pressed 0 amy answered gave her my case # she could nt give me info on the charges. I asked for the address and fax # she hung up on me.. Mind you she hung up on me 4X she gave me a fake fax# at the last call I made bk to her and a fake po box 8055 las angelas ,ca 93011  I told her they are breaking the FDCPA LAWS.. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD  ..came bk said she would transfer me to general manager...vm came on no name was given...i left a message. I filed a complaint with the Ag office in Ca and the BBB....they are a scam. Never got anything in writing. When they call you state to them that all calls will be recorded for FDCPA Regulations...they will hang up immediately. They cannot threat and not follow through. Report them they will be investigated. They address they have 3706 calle tecate in california is an empty building....the number to that address is disconnected. The FTC told me they can use false numbers and to be aware and not give them any info. They are not affiliated with any company like Bbb  ...no one can locate their information even with the phone number. They also state to call

this guy just wants you to give your info do not give any info to the the number they lie an say its your last chance but they say that every time they call they told me they had my work an home adress WHERE ARE THE PAPERS THEN and have you noticed how scams didnt reply to any of the question i called the number that sayed they had legal documents that were being delivered to by this one guy next week it was a girl changing the story a bit when i called an told them it was a scam guy fliped an started acting immature mocking me the only way this scams guy is telling the truth is if he really owed money and they were really trying to collect cause i sure as hell dont owe money or nuthing and they still call an if the guy needed to verify his adress why not listen to what adress they gave him and if it was the correct adress of where he worked  or where ever then he would know that they were a legit company

I got a phone call today from a lady (phone number was blocked)who said my husband was getting ready to be served with a court summons at our office.  She told me I had to call this number to have the address changed from work to home.  I called it and it said to enter your extension number.  I held and held..nothing.  What the heck is up with this?  How can people do this?

Got the same message bout 1 week ago. "in reference to a fax that was recieved in his office" I couldnt tell if the message was for me. I did some research and also called the #. I spoke to a Senior Advisor. Said I had a outstanding balance for a few hundred more than what I borrowed from PDL Ventures. They told me I can set up a payment plan or a settlement. I thought it sounded fishy so I hung on him, 2 days later I received another call from this locating service, he needed to "verify my address",I hung up on him too. about 1hr later, knock knock, court papers delivered right at my home, same guy that called bout  my address. My court date is set for june 29th. 877-289-1126 used to be a timeshare company. Now an ADR Firm out of New York. I also thought the same things that are being written on this site.

This company also calls people from crazy numbers like 000-000-00 and 052-797-796 so beware and when they call you from these numbers it is outsourced and you can barely hear or understand them. On 6/16/2010 I got fourteen calls from this group. Explained that I was at work and hung up the phone but company continued to call even after my supervisor told them to stop. They said they would call all they wanted. Company called me thirteen times 6/17/2010. I was given a bogus address (304 Charles Circle Street, Charlotte NC, 28379) when asked for the address so I can file a complaint with the Floridas AG office.This broken english speaking man said "if you want to file a complaint then go ahead and file your complaint" and hung up on me. Company now has a person calling (Jonathan Russ) stating to my fellow co workers who answer the phone that I am being served with a court summons. Thank goodness for the internet so I could track this trashy harrassing company down by putting this 877-289-1126 number and matching it with the Charlotte NC address!

Got the same call from 1-877-289-1126. Also never received anything in the mail about this. IT'S A SCAM. I already conferred with my Attorney, who told me to ignore the call. I don't scare easily. Anyway, thank GOD for Caller I.D. - I don't answer any phone call from an 800 number, or return the call. They can call all they want. NO RETURNS HERE.

I received a call from ADR FIRM 1-877-289-1126 regarding a dept and if I didnt pay I was going to get served court papers for a pay day loan and if I didnt settle over the phone I was going to have to pay all these extra fees, the only thing funny about this is I never received anything in the mail stating that I owed anything. All these people want to do is scare you into paying something that is not even in writing. How can company's do this to innocent by standards like we have all the money in the world to just be giving it away.

I THEN INFORMED HIM THAT I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE MN ATTORNEY GERNERAL AND HE SAID NEVER MIND AND HUNG UP THE PHONE...... BUT HE TRIED TO SCARE ME INTO PAYING A SETTELMENT FOR A LOAN THAT I NEVER HAD!!

recieved a call from 407-374-2158 01/26/10 around 6:00 pm est. asked for my wife and i asked what i could do for them. they asked if we had a time share and wanted to know if we wantede to rent our points or sell. i told them know. then the said well i will call your wife later and i said no you wont we are not interested and they oh es i will and hung up. i called the number back and asked who they were and the first person would not tell me. they then transfered me to another person Gene ? who said they were with GMAC and refered to Wyndham. i told him about the first call and that if we were called again i would contact a atorny for harrassment. then he said that would cost me more than it was wurth. i told him money is not everything. then they said they would come to me and settle this like men. i hung up

my wife got call from American Resort Planners.She called back with me listening in on other line. They told her some ridiculos story about renting our Wyndham points to companies coming to the Orlando Convention Center for trade shows in 2010.Said they could get 2500-3000 a week.I told her to ask salesman for his telemarketing license number that has his REAL NAME on it and after that he abruptly hung up in the middle of his pitch(scam) after telling her how much money she would make and going on and on for 20 minutes.I found out by calling ARDA that they used to be Resort Equity Marketing in Orlando and they have been ripping timeshare owners off for over 5 yrs.Dont do business with THEM!!!!!!
