Recd call today on home phone person stated on message that they were process servers (Case Corporation or something), in a civil case against me, however the plaintiffs in this would-be case are a fraudulent on-line pay-day check lending organization with no licenses (state of UTAH)or following federal lending procedures. SCAM 2X ...dont fall inot either of the double whammy scams ! i contacted the FTC regarding the banking portion , and will do the same regarding the alleged process servers alleging to serve me by telephone! 12-21-09
