I think this is related to the healthcare laws,which have changed my insurance plan. This number,when called back,only gives the caller two options: to have a health risks assessment or to report a pregnancy.

This number is a data harvesting scam representing themselves as Celticare, it is not according to calling the directory listed real number for Celticare Waltham Ma who says this number is not in their system. They ask personal data , do not furnish it. Call the police and report to FCC as well as notifying the real Celticare you are receiving these calls. This is an insurance scam so be aware.
