These people call everyone in your family, old neighbors, friends, ...I spent some time investigating them myself and they are a "skip trace company"  they use methods such as facebook to find people who know you and begin searching for those people too....very shady business.  They ask for personal information to verify, and honestly we live in an era where trust isn't there, I refuse to give anyone my social or birthdate over the phone for verification.  Scam at best, illegal tactics, harassing and rude people will get them no where.  Shame on the people who apparently "hire" this company to do their work.

I get all sorts of spam calls I am so harrassed every day for about three years card services lower interest rates, Meyer Associates call me day and night. Now these guys I am tired of it.
I usually have telebouncer in telemarketer mode which does not ring my home however I usually don't
know who is calling unless they dial through. These peole called me and did not dial through which means
to me their not legit. Telebouncer warns them to hang up if they are telemarketers..

They make it sound like the police dept. They said if I did not talk to them, they would send someone out to my office. When I asked who I was speaking to she said her name was investigator Morgan. Very pushy

I called and asked the person (who answered the phone) what kind of company you are and he didn't disclosed his "INVESTIGATOR COMPANY'S NAME. There so many things are need to be investigate in today's life and I mean  REALLY investigate...

I'm getting ridiculous phone calls from this number literally every day. Someone by the name Bruce at X4013 keeps calling me and lives me none-sense messages and asking me to call him back with a case number. I did return his phone calls butall the time I'm getting his voice-mail. In my third message I just simply said on his answering machine that  " why don't you leave me a brief message, Bruce, with no last name, which is so unprofessional for investigator and if I think i have to call you back, I will." I'm so sick and tired for this stupidity and harassment. It's just not pleasant when someone with absolutely none-professional skills and seemingly clueless in the business what he does, just bothers me with his "call me backs" things.

Yeah, they sent me a message on Facebook asking me to call them re: a case #. When I told the lady I wouldn't talk to her because I didn't know who she was, she backed off.

They have called me numerous times asking for someone I don't know, and giving a case number. I told them they had a wrong number, but they still call. This has gone on for about 2 months now. Is there anyway to block this number?

Now That everyone "Knows" the company's info----Call your State Senator & bug them with phone calls, take up their time, use your tax dollars to get your state representatives to get these people to STOP using up our time & get these "crazy" harassing headbanging Texas nuts off our backs -- Especially since most of the people they are calling have NOTHING to do with the Issue! they called saying that they had a pending case against me and that it doesn't look good for me. I don't know who this company is and what they want. I called the number and stated that I didn't buy a car. The man stated that I then needed to call the police because someone used my info to buy a car that they wanted back for non-payment. I check my credit report every month and there is nothing on there for a non payment of a car. they are full of s***. They called me again this morning again saying that I needed to contact him today that they got more information and it looks really bad for me.  These people are jerks and they will not stop calling.

This company keeps calling my house, leaving messages that don't apply to me or my spouse. They are rude, one caller continued to phone my number several times in a row after I told her that I would not tolerate her abusive attitude. This company's strategies are unacceptable, intolerable, and extremely poor business.
I will find the correct reporting path on this situation and file a complaint.

A miss Wilson called my cousin asking for me.  She stated that there was a case against me and that she was going through the "file" on me that was on her desk.  She gave my cousin the 877-294-6376 phone number and asked that I call her at extension 114.  My question is, who is this woman, how did she get the number of my cousin and why in the world are they looking for me?  They were very vague about what the company does and the purpose of the so called "investigation."

They have been calling and harassing me from this number for months.  I have spoken to 3-4 different people who claim they don't think I have talked to anyone from their agency before.  The receptionist would not tell me the type of business they were either.  I finally did find out that they are an collection agency who calls themselves by some other fancy name.
They have called everyone in my family too, my mother, my father, and my brother even after I have given them my number and spoken with them.  The investigator "Howard" went so far as to tell my father that he had done a poor job raising me when he called to get information about me.  
The "case" against me is really against someone else too but they can't seem to locate him so they think harassing me and my family will solve the problem.  We haven't seen or heard from the guy they are looking for in over 5 years.  I have always cooperated fully with other agencies who have been looking for him too but this one can't seem to get their stuff straight.
This place is ridiculus and I plan to file complaints about them wherever I can.

called me looking for a friend of mine. extremely vague.  they did try to make it sound like the police dept.  do not talk to these people.  they are strange and should be reported to the BBB and the police dept.

I got threw dealing with the Windsor Group. They have 3 different departments. Skip trace, private investigations, and legal. They gave me there PI NO# A14647 which I looked up and it is Windsor Investigations in Dallas. I also checked the Texas Supreme Court web site. And they do have certified process servers. And the bar no# they gave me is for an attorney.

I have repeatedly asked this company, specifically Ms. Washington at ext. 1143, not to call again.  She has been verbally abusive and threatening.  She most recently called my mother who is elderly and suffers from Alzheimer’s and harassed her.  Again, I requested that she not harass us but my requests have gone unacknowledged.  After the phone call on 9/8/08, my mother was so upset and began to have chest pains and shortness of breath.  We had to take her to the emergency room to get her calmed back down.  Not only has this company been calling my mother, they have resulted in calling everyone with the same last name and in the same area, leaving messages for my husband or daughter to call them back.

Calling looking for people i don't know. First time called told her(Linda Gallaway ext.1135) wrong number. She called back about two minutes later stating yet again that this person was my mother and that it was a nice move on my part stating I don't know these people. I was furious answered the phone and told her she is not my mother STOP CALLING MY F*****G HOUSE. This was 9-24-08. I think there should be something done about this company. I have never dealt with a company who has such RUDE callers.

This company, whoever they are went so far as to send ME as message on MYSPACE looking for my husband?! Who are these people and what do they want?! The left me a case number, a phone number and a contact person of "Linda" to have my husband call them. WTF?!

I got a call at work for a relative.  I explained that I am not that person and told them not to call back.  They appear to be some type of collection service or vehicle repossesion service.

They still insisted that I give him a message so I took down their information anyway.

I got a phone call from Stephani Stanley too claiming that I apparently have a car in my possession.  She said my husband who is deceased now owned it.  Wtf I am not married and do not have a husband.  What is wrong with her.  Get your facts right.  She told me my mailing address and asked me to look for the car in my garage and gave me the VIN number of that car.  If they are the investigators then locate it yourself. Wat the hell... I am calling the cops today.  Why is she using my name fraudulently and associating my name with someone who I haven't been married to? This is ridiculous.

I called and requested for her and they said she was no longer with the company, she had just left the message the previous day. I asked what kind of company this was and they said it was a locating company.
