i just ordered from 39dollarglasses.com and then got this message. i think they sold my cell phone number to someone and now i'm getting these scam text messages. anyone else just order glasses from them?

I got this text today and decided to wait and google the number once I got home from work. Thanks for all the info. I'm sure it is another scam. Be careful.

I got the same message.  I have several cards and couldn't figure out which they were talking about so I just kept hitting pound hoping a person would come on the line eventually.  I hung up and googled the phone number and was happy to find these messages that confirmed the wisdom of not entering any of my card numbers.

When does some authority begin to investigate this number?

I got the same text. It kinda made me worry at first but then wondered why they would be sending me a text about it? I checked all my cards and everything is fine. What a scam!!!! Unreal! How they get our cell numbers I don't know!!!!!!!!!!

I got the same call...didn't enter anything.  How do they get our cell phone #?

I just received the same text message and called the number...eventually the automated system asked me for my card number and info...i typed in random information and they said that it was an invalid card number.  This must be another one of those scams.  They should have to reimburse us $0.40 for the waste of a text message.

Just got the text the same as above poster, I didnt call them but my daughter did and got the same recording, someone wanting card number...uh, I dont think so.

This was actually a text messge to my cell phone saying it was cardmember services and that I needed to call them immediately regarding recent restriction placed on my account. It was signed Than.

When I called the number back from my land line it asked me to put in my card number. I typed in random numbers and it asked me to put in the experation date. I typed a date and it asked me for my pin number. Again I typed random numbers and it said their was a problem with the numbers please try again.

I learned a long time ago that the legitimate cardmember services will never ask you for your card number or your pin number.
