Keep in mind, "Yoda" claims to be a Canadian fraud. I doubt that he is. He's an upstanding fraud that wears "Toni Lomma" boots & his bling is made by "Goochie". He'll also tell you that all of his possessions 100%, authentic reproductions purchased at only the finest of boutiques.... at the flea market.
Yeah, "Yoda" is a real success story. I suspect though that the flea market he shops at is probably in Ahmedabad. Maybe Mumbai. He does write better than most Indian frauds though. So, probably Mumbai or the K. province. Who knows though? He may just be an illiterate Westerner!
Live Well.

What is "Gooble"?  Must be something like "Yoohoo" or "Bling."   They probably also sell "Micheal Koors" or "Rollex" watches.

Smells to me like you are a shill.

The only person posting cr*p is you, and you are so full of it that you breath stinks.  Of course KEVIN HARGROVE doesn't live and work in the United States, because there likely is no Kevin Hargrove and it is just a "shake name".

I'm sure you will throw back a few more "cut and paste" responses, but next time, please remember to remove the reference number to the footnote, just saying

Listen to you! A Scammer is a scammer. Whether the louse is in Canada, the U.S. or India; It doesn't matter. The scum-bag is nothing but a lowly paid flunky for better frauds than he is. You may be paid in Canadian dollars, the American in U.S. dollars, the Indian in Rupees but you all have one thing in common. You're all bottom-feeding parasites who are incapable of getting honest work. You're usually drop-outs, ex-cons, alcoholics, drug addicts or.....all four!
We know your kind. We deal with you vermin every day. We find you working (and living) in your mommies basements, sitting in foul little store fronts, taking up space in cube farms & calling low-rent apartments your "Office". You invariably have addresses that turn out to be mail drops or UPS stores. You drive 15 year old cars that you're still paying for...by the week. Your business attire comes from Walmart or Costco. The regulars here leave more for a tip at lunch than you pay for your entire meal. You're beneath contempt & you're paid accordingly.
You fraud-muffins show up here all the time. We see right through you. It's never hard. None of you have an education past the 9th grade. You make fools of yourselves so effectively that our assistance in proving that you're a loser & a scammer is rarely needed. When a SHILL, like yourself, posts it's usually already too late for you. You, and this number, are burnt. Your posts just verify that you're a desperate, failing fraudster.
Now run on home to your mommies basement & pout. Get a real job &....

Yoda da Dopa! One thing about predatory cowards is they threaten and use whatever deceptive tactic they can think up. Always some diversion from the facts to confuse or place blame elsewhere. A lying thieving crook is, a lying thieving crook, period! Is this some of your attempts to deceive and fraudulently obtain money? http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-204-272-1275/3

Don't rupture a blood vessel trying to make your point. The term "Consumer Fraud Department" is pretty generic-all of these so-called "collectors" claim they are from the 'Fraud Division, Fraud Unit", etc. but never provide the city, county or state these "investigation units" are in.  And if they were legit, most certainly a phone number with area code (sorry, "800, 887, 855", etc., etc., is not acceptable ) and extension would be provided.  The hook to draw people in is the word "Fraud", which collectors are counting on to put fear into the unfortunate recipients of your threatening and totally bogus calls. Please provide the details of this fraud division, since you seem to know so much. The "hydro company"?!?!  Not a term often used here in the US.....Canadian, for sure. You are the one who needs to get a job-a REAL, honest job with some integrity.  Your family must be so proud of you, working as a bottom-feeder.

Talk abt cubicle -clown.. One thing gunner- you mention FDCPA and FTC.. So that tells me..you in the USA.. This number is in Canada..and the number and the company is real and not a scammer as you cal it.. as you have plenty of time on your hands.. gooble this..wait i'll save you the time..

scammer: a person who swindles you by means of deception or fraud

Collectors:Some collection agencies are departments or subsidiaries of the company that owns the original debt. First-party agencies typically get involved earlier in the debt collection process and have a greater incentive to try to maintain a constructive customer relationship.[3] Because they are a part of the original creditor, first-party agencies may not be subject to legislation that governs third-party collection agencies..

Sounds to me like you are a debtor..
debtor: is an entity that owes a debt to another entity

Learn??? Just what is it a cubicle-clown, such as yourself, is going to be able to teach us here? We already know how to spot fraudulent and/or bogus debt collectors. We know the state & federal regulations concerning the lawful collection of debt inside out. That bothers you Fraud-muffins doesn't it?
If anyone gets a call from your fraud shop (this number) they can just DEMAND a notice of validation be mailed to them. NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal regulations under the FDCPA. Your little gang of thieves won't mail anything out! We know that, you know that. You're a fraudulent bunch of vermin who can't get real jobs. You depend on bluster & BS to survive. You know that you don't have title to a single valid debt. The only "Portfolios" you can deal with are from the bargain bin or don't exist at all.
On this site people are told to pay their bills. Their VALID bills! Which means that they know NOT to pay ANYONE who will not mail them written, verifiable proof of a debt. They also learn that if a valid physical address is asked of a debt collector, that collector is obligated, by law, to provide it. If a collector will not, or can't, provide a verifiable address (NOT a P.O. box) that collector is a scammer attempting to collect on an invalid, time-barred or purely fictitious debt.
The truth hurts, doesn't it fraud-boy? Here's another nugget of info. that will bother you. When complaints need to be made, people should start with the FTC. Then move on to the Atty. Generals offices of their state. The list goes on. But what's the point? Jokers, like the ones calling from this number, are good at hiding. That's what vermin do. They know that if they can be found, they can be stepped on. Most of them are overseas. It doesn't matter. Like all parasites, if you can't be rid of them, ignore them. Call blockers & caller ID are great things. Use them.

Learn you will.. I called that number- and yes they are the collectors you all call bottom feeders and scammers.. I actually spoke to this Kevin Hargrove guy..He wasnt rude at all-he explained in detail what can and wont be done about my unpaid account balance.. we worked it out and got on with it.. these guys have tough job-you all bit*& abt what they do-think about this-you owe money..end of quote-if it was the hydro company calling to cut you off-you'd call in a minute and pay the bill.. if your car needed to be fixed-you'd find the money- like any job-they give what they get.. you rude-they get angry..you people are probably the same bottom feeders that yell at cashiers at stores when something doesnt go your way- like the cashiers, collectors are people ...... dont lie..make a real payment plan and stick to it.. the collectors didnt drag you getting the money kicking and screaming- so why yell at them.. so rather than sit on the internet bit**ing- grow up.. And what is "consumer fraud department in what jurustiction??? .. never heard of it... I'll call them and tell them the truth..

Re: 1-877-297-0516
If you are receiving calls from this number, rest assured it is a scam.  Someone calling themselves KEVIN HARGROVE has been calling and leaving message after message.  The catch: the display number comes up as a different number. I finally pressed #5 on my phone and got the above number attached to the message.  I have called the Consumer Fraud Department in my juristiction and they confirm KEVIN HARGROVE and number attached is a scammer.  If you receive calls from this person or number, I encourage you to do the same.

Maybe you have someone else' number, maybe you're lying to everyone on here about not knowing why you're being called. 90% of the calls made are to legitimate customers who have an outstanding balance with them. Easiest way to stop the calls is to pick up the phone and handle your responsibilities.

Muhahahah ! This number calls my cell phone everyday! I borrowed a loan and now am unable to pay back because I got laid off from work. So I gave them my bank account and transit numbers and told them that they can withdraw funds from my account of remaining balance. I then proceed to the bank to close my account with the bank; therefore they have no access to my account. All of a sudden they stop calling me on my cell phone. This works for me and is a great relief of them no longer calling and harassing me. Worked for me, wont hurt to try.

Cheers and best of luck!
