Service hired by Alliance Bernstein soliciting proxy vote which I declined to submit over the phone. They persist in calling, leaving no message while calling multiple times a day,

We get calls from this number at least twice a day. Never anyone on the line. How can we stop this?

They call every hour and never leave a message. I'm reporting them to my state.

They called a number of times and mostly no one there. Today they said they were from the Alliance Bernstein Investment group regarding an investment I had made. They wanted to see if I received proxy materials for a shareholder meeting. I have no investments with this company. The guy on the phone kept trying to verify where I live and my full name. He said multiple times he was not a solicitor but wouldn't tell me anything other than the above without pressing for personal information. And he kept calling me by my full name which was strange.

They have called my home twice but they do not leave a msg. I returned the call and their recording says
"Proxy Information, an agent will be with you a few minutes to speak to you". It sounds like a telemarketer.
