Called my cell just now. I've never given my cell to any company. I did not answer.

No one speaks when I answer and they never leave a message if I don't answer.

The worst scamming rats out there - a pure, unadulterated criminal organization here.

Fidelity Credit Services - This is a RICO criminal organization that needs to be stopped. Can law enforcement kindly investigate and prosecute these blatant irritating criminals trying to scan people out of their money by making false claims and lies.

They're looking, searching for senile senior citizens who might fall for this scam - these criminals need to be arrested and thrown in jail ASAP.

Mr. Kelly from Fidelity Credit Services is using incorrect information regarding a supposed debt.  He is highly officious, badgers, harrasses and demeans my character many times a week. He has become a blight upon the landscape of my life.  

I read about the cease and desist letter.  Is it legal?  Are there any "teeth" in it?  I'm interested!

Received a call 2/10/10. Says I owe a debt. Not sure who they are. If you want the calls to stop from any collection agency, get the account number, collection agency's address and send them a cease & desist letter. Trust me, it works all the time.

Receiving calls ferom that number with no information provided as to who they want to speak to. Hang up.

Now getting written notivces from Fidelity Credit Services claiming a debt is due and making ref to the number 877-298-1555.

They list their address as P O Box 3051 , Orange Ca 92857

Fax number as 714-921-8693

Letter is signed by Suzanne Wagner (if that is a real person)

I get the same calls. These call cost them almoust nothing but the persons time. If you want nothing and hang up they win. The key is to keep them on the phone as long as possible, then the cost goes up. Every few seconds is another call they could have made. If I have nothing to do I keep them on the phone as long as I can. I agree to everything and get details of everything until it's time to pay. Then I put them on hold to go get the payment. After a few of these unproductive 5-10 minute calls it will either become too unproductive to continue or they will get pissed with the people playing their own game and quit the job. If we all do it they will loose big money.

A MR. SHAWN KELLY HAS CALLED OUR COMPANY ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS & HAS BEEN HARRASSING US. HE CLAIMS THAT WE OWE A BOGUS DEBT & WILL NOT GIVE IT UP. WE WILL NOT PAY HIM!!! HE CANNOT PROVIDE ANY PROOF WHAT SO EVER AND IS THE RUDIST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN WITH. THIS GUY NEEDS TO GO DOWN & HE NEEDS TO GO DOWN GOOD & NOW! I'M PREPARED TO DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

A guy keeps calling and saying he needs to speak to me about an important business matter. This is not a sales or a solicitation but an attempt to collect a debt. I'm not paying. I never had to pay and never will.
