It's the US branch Indian Telecom company "Airtel" . I had asked them to put my cell phone on a "do not call list"

Yup ditto! Got a call from this 8772987833 number, on answering after a 5sec pause they hung up! I am on the donotcall registry and don't understand why these people are still calling and besides they are calling my cell phone, which means I pay for receiving too. Quite cheeky of these people!.....
