received this text to call for $100.00 gift cert.

Same. Just recieved this exact same text, and of course went by the "too good to be true" and delete it immediately. I hope I wont get more of these again

Yeah, I called...same thing.  Asked how he expected me to pay the fee, and he said with my credit card...yeah, right...giving my credit card and address to some stranger over the phone? Spamalot.  Told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that, didn't say OK, or try to dissuade me...he just hung up.  Totally proves it's crap.

Yep, similar experience. I also received a txt msg yesterday from an unidentified person/company and msg is:  "We have a 100 dollar Gift Card for You - Call 877-300-6026 Gift ID 57 - Thank you for your visit - Txt Stop to Unsub".
I have no idea what visit they are referring to.

Clearly it's spam - I am deleting it now that I've seen these other messages. Thanks, everyone, for posting your thoughts here.

So I wondered, where did I visit? I called and the lady said they were from survey company and they would send me not only the $100 gift card to Target, but a $50 restaurant coupon, all for the low, low shipping price of $1.99. She said it would be secure and encrypted and I would get a code saying I had only authorized the $1.99. I told her I would call her back. Anyone want to guess if I will?

I got sms from 850-960-0295

Call 877-300-7580

I called trying to find how they got my cell number,
They asked my zip and told me that they will send me 100 $ gift Card for 1.99 shipping and handling cost and they are sure I can afford it, I told that I can't afford and stopped conversation.

I just deleted it. . . "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't"

I will be deleting this txt but I plan on doing further investigation to see if I can find out who it is.

I received the following text:

My question is like the other one....If I text Stop will it Stop or get worse?  Anyone have any insight into this?

Tired of getting these messages but I know if I text stop to remove it will get worse and I will get more spam. So I too am just going to delete this annoying message.

Same. Got text from 201-204-4571 and the body of the text says:

"As a Thank You for Your Visit, We have a 100 Dollar Gift Card for You. Please call 877-300-6026."

I'll just delete that text...
