My daughter received a text at 11 pm She has never given her private info to anyone. She has great credit score so this may he some kind of scam. I called it off my phone and it said it was closed. Basic recording mans voice. I will research and post.

i knew  it was a scam but called froma land line to see if it was a human to answer since i have call blocking

just delete these dont answer back or text stop or anything other then delete

got an unsolicited text message offering $100 gift card for visiting store. call 877-300--7975. the text also said "txt stop to end"  i did text "stop" but got the same text message next day. each time i was charged half minute.

Received same call informing me I won a $100 gift card but need to pay the $1.95 shipping and handling.  I told them I was not going to give them my credit card number and they hung up on me.  I called back to ask what company they were representing and they told me Insider Shopping.   When I asked for their address and where I was calling they repeated back to me my city and state.  I challenged them and said that was my address not theirs and the person on the other end of the line got nervous and started laughing.   So beware.  DO NOT give them people any personal information.  I am also going to report them to Target and my Attorney General's office.

i just got the message...i think something should be done about it...

Have gotten three of these in one day. Have not called back, but did text stop. Is it possible to get charged for text back?

I got this text that thank you for your visit, We have a 100.00 gift card, this came from (956) 628-0481, then the text reads please call 877 300-7975 and then text to remove.. I do not think this is legit, cause I feel this is a Identity theft.. So beware all..

Me as well, I never fall for that kind of stuff, if I win something they can send it in the mail, so they do not have me them SUCKAS

They wanted my cc info, I said it was free, not a fee. They hung up on me. go figure...

I got the same text.  Sent back a text saying stop and asking to be removed from there texting and calling lists or the police will be notified.

A few days ago I got a message:

Called to remove name/number from calling list- Foreign male voice asked for my name. when ( without giving it to them, I asked who is this) they hung up. DO NOT CALL

I just received the same text, it said "Hurry and get your July 4th special" call this number for your $100.00 gift card.   sent text back remove or I report....

Got the same text while watching something on UFOs real creepy considering the # it came from is in nevada

Same text to me...called back and they were unable to give me any info. on themselves.  SCAM!

Same message as reported above about the $100 gift card. I text "stop" to the phone number.  I don't have a clue how they got my cell number, I do not give it out indiscriminately.  However, considering everyone including your local school system and all government agencies have "permission" from the courts to legally sell your info; no wonder it is so easy to be barraged with scams.

Called from another land-line not my cell-phone and got a female foreigner?s voice informing me of all the great FREE things I would receive in the mail and the only thing I had to pay was $1.95 s/h. I said Thank you and hung up.
Wonder how many people get scammed by these type of grifters? I bet once you give up your credit card info for that measly $1.95 they help themselves to the rest of your bank account! WATCH OUT!

Just got a call from same number....Not calling it back either. Just one more scam I'm sure.

Got the same msg. Looked up number it came from and it was (956) 280-0481 .... Was a Verizon wireless carrier based out of Texas?!
Says to call this 800 number for 100$ gift card for visiting... Visiting what? I have no clue, but this is ridiculous if they really think someone will fall for their scam/stupidity.

just got the same message. thought about calling from my house phone but i dont want any crazy charges. I may call my cell phone carrier and see if they can identify the number.

I have no intention of calling this number since the lack of any identifying information made me immediately suspicious of a scam .. getting me to call a number that is MEGA CHARGE!!!
