THEY CHARGED MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT AND MADE IT OVERDRAFTED

These people some how got in to my account and took 2499 2x  before I caught it  they tried to tell me  I signed up for the service I did not I will be reporting to the bank this fraud  if they don't return my money in full  with no notice they got into my account I got their number from my bank statement 6 03 2014 and they took money 5 02 2014  I only wish I could find this real address to this company and if someone knows tell me I would like to visit them in person even if they return my money  p.s. i just looked at my account and there was a charge of 24.99 in may and in april never authorized these charges want a scam thankfully i found them early enough to get a credit and stop it from continuing................what a scam

Im pissed ive been harrassed from payday loans and i never took out a loan. I have a money network card not an actual bank account went to check it and this id protectus took out 24.95. So angry rt now!!!

Who is calling me from this number and why are they taking money from my account? I told them before that they had the wrong person and I would like them to replace my money back in my account. If they don't I will press charges.

How did these people charge my account? They did not have permission. How do they even get information to do this? They need to be turned in for fraud.

I just noticed today that I had 2 withdrawals of $24.95 out of my checking account.  I called the number and it was something called ID Protects.  I have never heard of them nor have I approved them to with draw money from me.  The number was 877-301-4319.  I sent them an email requesting documentation to prove I approved this.  I see many people have had the same thing happen.  Has anyone been able to get their money back and what do I need to do?

I have asked these people to not bill me for services i did not ask for.  and they are still taking money out of my account.  They are supposed to protect people against theft and they are the ones taking money from me.  I have written them to cancel what I didn't sign up for and give me my money back and they still haven't I do not now what to do and now I am on vacation and they took more money out I can't even log in on their supposed web site because I don't have a log in information because I didn't sign up for their services.

I talk to my bank it best to close then reopen bank . Today is the 2nd day I had got scam two day ago I got scam from moneyplussaver they took 89.00 n wrote a fake frostbank check today 11-15-13 these low life idp webpayment took $24.95 n over draft me $66 without my contents.

They also took 24.95 from my account.
I never signed up for this.

This company has called using my cell phone number and went into my account and took out 24.95 which caused me to be overdrafted and now my bank says that I need to call them and get this money back and also my overdraft amount also. If they do not do this then I have to go to the bank and file a debit dispute to get this money back into my account. Its a sad day when people can go into your account without your permission and do this; yet you're the one who has to do all of the calling.to get this company to do something that you didn't give permission for them to do in the first place.

Call your bank immediately (number on the your card) and declare a fraud issue with this "company".

I don't know how or why this company took $24.95from my checking account but I check my account on line sometimes and saw the charge

Yeah they keep bothering me and I told them to leave me alone and they keep calling me even at 11:pm at night when I am already in bed and then again they will call again the next day it is an 888 number

The same thing happened to me on 6/18 of 2013 just last month it is called idprotectusweb they took 24.95 out of my account too almost everything i have is in that account they took i just applied for a loan and there it is how they got my acount number ! I am right there with you
