Called my cell phone twice, first using the number 866-617-8173, call was missed. Then called using the number 877-304-0231. My son answered the phone and the person asked for him specifically. They were offering a minor a Capiotl One credit card. I told the person they were talking to a minor on a cell phone and not to call my number again. Time will tell.

I keep getting this number on my cell phone as well.   Getting real annoying!  Is there some way we can send this number to the Do not call list and have them fined for harassment or something?

they keep calling everyday for past few days.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message.  How annoying.

Got a call on my home phone (10 a.m. PST), it went to the answering machine since we weren't home...a man said "hello, hello" and there was a lot of talking noise in the background (office?).  I hate calls like that

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell.  Call around 3:30 Pacific time.  Not sure if they call every day, as I'm at work at this time and usually not in an area that gets reception.  When I answer I hear a mechanical click and then nothing.  Caller doesn't hang up, just silence.  These calls are harrasement and I want them to stop.

I'm also getting calls, talked with the woman and wouldn't give any info; but suddenly I'm getting denial letters from one creditor (5 a day!!). You can have a fraud alert put on your credit report to protect you and stop these people.

I keep getting these calls also.  I don't answer any calls that don't identify themselves on my caller ID.  I wish someone could stop them

I keep getting calls to my cell phone from this number, since I don't know who it is I don't answer. I have tried to search the # but come up empty handed,(till the google search). What a pain in the butt!

The same happpened to me.  They call everyday between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.  That why I report them everyday to the "do not call register" web page.  If we all do it -- they may get fined and stop calling.

Get calls from this phone number everyday.  They always hang up as soon as I answer or just sit there.  I got an email about credit card fraud where they are asking for your SSN and then they ask for the last 3 numbers on the back of your credit card to verify that you are "not being a victim of identity theft".  Then THEY are the ones who make you the victim.  DON'T give them those 3 numbers on the back of your credit card. It will be the worst mistake of your life.  Don't answer those calls anymore either.  If anyone can find out the identity of this person, please post it on this website for all to see.  I tried to search it and nothing came up.  Whoever this is needs to be reported.

Someone keeps calling my cell phone from this number and i don't know how they got it. It says when i google  it it's from new jersey and i am from michigan

Well correction I just called again and a female called saying the company was called Favorite Credit Card Service. So I guess it doesn't have to do with that fraud company "FirstLine Financial Services".

I started receiving those phone calls from 1-877-304-0231 and no answer. They sometimes call back to back. When you call back there are no answer. I was a fraud victim about a week ago for a personal loan from a company called Fistlina Financial Services and I think this number has something to do with it.

same thing I have been getting calls from the following phone numbers:
773-668-1615, 877-304-0231, 302-265-9709. I answer one of them and someone was trying to get personal info

this number keeps on calling my phone and i have no idea who it is?? and i cant look up tha number,  it doesnt come back to n e thing, i hate that, they need to stop calling

This Number  calls and I usally dont answer these type of calls but I was expecting a call from my boyfriend in greece and thought he was calling from a calling card I answered and there was no answer but no one hung up they just remained on the phone and when I called that number back no answer and I have been doing internet searches for this number and no info is located
