I was getting refi calls from this and multiple other numbers with different called IDs.  I just rock the handset in the cradle and disconnect the call.  One day my answering machine got it and when I listened to the message, the man asked me to call a 1-800 number which he left.  I called the number and when he gleefully answered the phone, I used my calmest voice and said:  "I do not do business with those who invade my privacy and violate the Federal Do Not Call list", then shouting said:  "So take my ##$$%$^^ number off your call list" and hung up.  I was totally amazed.  I did not receive another telemarketer call for 5 days!! No refi, no NRA, no Toll Free, nothing!!  I have now gone from up to 10 calls a day to 2 to 3 per week!!  Apparently this one company was responsible for all.  And, by the way, the NRA calls are usually a research agency who calls numbers to determine when people are home.  If you get a call you don't want to answer, just rock the handset and disconnect it.  This tells these bojos that Yes I am home, and NO I will not talk to you.

I got a phone call saying when we last spoke, you were thinking of refinancing your mortage...etc,..I hung up , 1/29..again 1/31 and again 2/3......Dont answer! Probably a scam.. I blocked their number!! it is weird though because this just started happening..I also was getting called from that 773 area code....same concept. except saying I got $100.00...another scam. It is sad, they are wasting people's time!

Called me, I pressed 0 to speak to a live human being - system hung up on me.

I called back 7 times, talked with Jim, who isn't a mortgage broker, just answers the phone, said the company name is SecureOne Capital Corporation.  This company has a big internet presence but don't show Jim's number on their website(s).  I'm going to let them chase Jim, who doesn't have a mortgage broker's license, doesn't know the company's full name and doesn't know who signs his paycheck, nor the company name on the check.

877-304-0764 called SIX times in a row today; but I never knew until I checked a call log. My phone has their number on a 'reject list'....gets rejected with a message from me- "P****OFF".  They called before & left a voicemail, so I put the # on the list; it's b.s. about house refinancing & 'we spoke before' & 'urgent'. Scammers as usual.

I've also been getting these robo calls, but for several months now from this number, with the message, "Hi, I'm Steve calling you back about refinancing, claiming that he's spoken to me before about refinancing my home. I've never called such a place because, I RENT!! The message is long and you can't leave a message back to tell them to stop calling. Its so annoying !!! Once I tried calling back, but they don't answer, it goes to another recording and they got my number and OH BOY, now the calls keep coming from MORE of the random fake refinance companies !! Its a nasty endless circle. Any suggestions on how to stop it will be appreciated!!!!

Message from 877-304-0764 (call ID read Unknown)...."this is Serge calling from Capital...." something about HARP & home help (??) & claimed we spoke before & if I was still interested....  wtf??? At least he was nice & left an 800 # for a call back. I just deleted the voicemail, & blocked the number. Hopefully he or an assoc won't call back!

A robo message about mortgage refinancing.

I don't have a mortgage and I have been renting the same apartment for more than 15 years. I love the block app on my Blackberry. Works like a charm!!

Multiple calls, hangups no message left.....mortgage refi ...i called them back....no company name just put you on hold til a sales rep can try to sell to you.

Just moved to the US (3 weeks here), and some f***ing rat disclosed my phone number to those crooks!
The pre-recorded message said "Hi, I'm Steve. We've talked a couple of months before about your savings. ... Call me back on ..."

Multiple robo-calls. Shows up as 800 Service. The want to refi my mortgage.

"This is Jim" claiming that he's spoken to me before about refinancing my home.
