Obviously this number is now being used by someone other than American Home Mtg.....as it no longer shows up as them.   And since we own our home outright, paid cash....it is not a mtg. company.  So guess it is some other scam artist.

The person came to my door in the early afternoon on a Saturday, and when I didn't answer fast enough for him or her (the car drove off while I stood in the door watching), the person left a note hanging on my storm door handle to call this number.  The note is written both in English and in Spanish.  It says "Be ready to give your account number.  Calls are randomly monitored and recorded to insure quality service."  There is no indication who they are or what they want... just the 877 number.

I do NOT have an account with this company.  My mortgage is with a local bank and is paid on time, in full.  I wonder if they go to everyone's doors trying to get us to convert our mortgage to them?  Or if they had a wrong address?  I don't know.  One thing I DO know... I'm NOT going to call them.  And if they come by again, they're not getting their paws on MY mortgage!

I have gotten repeat calls from this organization asking about a Jeniffer Lender and her debt.  I tried to be nice and the person on the line said they'd remove my number from their calling list.  Obviously NOT.  I also got calls from 866-689-2036, same Jennifer Lender debt.  This number was a woman who was resonably polite.  The 877-304-3100 is a foreign sounding man who also wanted my name which I didn't give.  I figured they are scammers, not legitimate debt colletors.

Oh yeah about this company, What happens is they take your money, they put it in  a saving's account for you and then after you think you are caught up they hit you with a lawyer fee, adminisration fee, a forclosure fee, a "modification fee", back fees and then what ever is left over, they give you a higher interest rate, this don't get started on the .20% insurance premium that they tack on even if you have the right insurance, Then how about the repayment plan's they have, might as well get that third job and pull your kid out of college cause you will never have that note saying paid in full. Just like they will never have the note that the bank once had on your property! Thanks for the "change"

It is wonderful that so many of you complain, you voted for someone who is not even born from this country, in florida you've elected a crook who's literally stealing millions from floridian i mean why would you spend 75,000,000.00 for a job that pay's 250,000.00 ayear? Why! because we are living in a world controlled by goverment not we the people, move over hitler, there is a new leader in town.

BE CAREFUL.  we did a  home modification loan with these people.  They are still calling us telling us we are 30 days late on our mortgage. the 30 day reprieve we were supposed to get obviously didn't get written down in their computer.

It took us 4 months and submitting our packet for a modification to them 3 or 4 times.  we had the same problem you are having.  Not cool.  Now they are destroying our credit with the false reporting of the 30 days late.  we cannot refinance elsewhere because our credit is destroyed.  be wary

American Home Mortgage SUCKS.  My husband and I have a mortgage that was unfortunately purchased by this company.  At one point we did a mortgage review and reconfiguration and once it was approved we were to have a 30 day repreieve before the mortgage payments resumed.  Well funny, ever since then they call us all the time, telling us we are 30 days late on our mortgage.  So now, even though we made the payments on time, they still show it 30 days in arrears.  it is so frustrating.  especially now that because we are trying to improve our credit, unfortunately it isn't doing us a damn bit of good because of their false reporting of our mortgage being 30 days behind.  These people are the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with.  How do these companies get a way with this crap?  I am tired of feeling victimized and stressed out.

This company "American Home Mortgage" keeps calling our house to collect a debt owed by someone but not anyone in our house.  I advised them they have the wrong number and they apparently don't care they are calling the wrong number and advise us to write a letter to the company and send it to the attention of their resolution dept and make our request to correct the telephone number they are dialing by removing our number.  What a waste.  This company is located in Mexico ...that is all they would tell me.  No address provided to send this resolution request.  No wonder they never heard of the "FCC".  I guess next step is to report them to the "DoNot Call List.gov" and make our "official complaint" official.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and receive these unwanted calls at least twice a week, some are placed by an automated service, some from an individual representing American Home Mortgage Servicing offering good rates on mortgage loans.  I repeatedly ask them not to call to no avail.

Actually, we are not morons, and we are paying our mortgage payment late this month, and it's with American Home Mortgage!  They bought our mortgage, that was confirmed by our original mortgage company.
They called us to confirm our planned late payment with them.  They were not scammers.

It is from a American Home mortgaging co. They call more than 2x in one hour. House payment is late for a reason, but they don't want to accept that and won't work with you. They would rather harrass you until you make a payment with them over the phone. They have all these foreigners working for them who won't or can't speak English right.

I have recently got a new cell phone number, I am repeatedly receiving calls from the number 877-304-3100.  I have explained that the person they want is not at this number and requested the nmber be removed from their calling list.  Since my request they are harrasing me hourly with their calls.  The person calling sounds like the same person, a foreign speaking young man who has not got the English language downpat.

This number is now identifying as CBSI a collection agency in the deep south who is no doubt gotten stuck with the unpleasant job of hounding people screwed by mortgage companies.  CBSI also handles collections for National City credit cards and even some utility companies.  What a sucky job to have.

These guys keep callig us. They never leave a message and I have no idea what they are calling about. Looks like from other posts, they are a Mortgage company or collection company. Not sure why they are calling us, we are not late on our mortgage nor do we have any credit card debt. wish they would leave a message, so I can confirm who they are.

This is now June 22 2010 and I'm getting many calls a day since i got this Tracfone April 6. This same number is one of htem. 877-304-3100. Same foreign voice asking for Ahmed. I answered only the 1st three of these harassing calls from MANY  different 617- 800-877 etc numbers. How do we stop them?????????

How can we tell whoever is calling to stop.  They leave no message.  We have no debt/delinquencies...

I get calls starting on the 2nd of each month, I have until the 15 to pay before my mortgage is considered late I always pay no later than the 6th yet these people act like I am 100 days late, when I answer they want to know when I am paying, if I ask if my loan is late they tell me no this is a courtesy call - ok, each day when I get out of work my caller id shows they have called between 4 and 6 times in one day. thats harrasment not courtesy!!

The calls are generated from a call center in India or Pakistan where they have 20-30 attendants with headsets.  A computer dials the calls and they have to talk - it's a brainless job, and the attendants don't really care if you answer or not (hence the frequent silence on the other end of the line).  Yes, it's irritating as hell, but there's nothing you can do but not answer.  I heard if you call your phone provider and tell them you're receiving harassing calls from this number they will block it for you, but AHMSI has at least dozen different outbound numbers...

My best advice is to ignore the calls - don't answer.  It has to cost them something to call you 10+ times a day from India or Pakistan...

There really isn't an extension for anyone in the US  for you to contact.  They are calling here every two minutes and consecutively my dads number intermittently.  He has a mortgage thru them.  During his many attempts to contact them back, he is connected with someone from either Mexico or India and can't understand a word they say after waiting on hold for .5 to 1 hour.  They refuse to put you in contact with someone that is American, like their name implies.  Turn them into the attorney generals office.  That's what dad is doing.  Good luck.
