Creeps call several times a day and never leave a message.   I am on "Do Not Call" List.  I will prosecute as soon as I have enough evidence.

Calls me often and I don't answer to 800 numbers that I am not familiar with, they never leave a message, so it must not be important.  They always call after noon while I am at work!  It is very bothersome!!!!

Listen up Charter.....If I want it..I will let you know. NO for the 8 hundredth time....I do not want the home phone bundle package!!   The only reason to have a landline these days is to keep these dial-happy clowns employed!

I also get constant call from them. It has been going on for a year or so, sometimes up to 7 or 8 times a day. It is not even 2:30pm and they have already called me 4 times today.
I finally added them to my phone's address book so I can keep better track and block them. My phone allows me to mark certain contacts to "go straight to voicemail." Maybe this way I won't be interrupted by the constnat and annoying calls. They never leave messages anyway, so maybe this will solve my problem. I can only hope!

Like 6 times a day. I'm glad I checked this site for the number. I hate Charter enough as it is (worst service provider I've had in any city I've ever lived in) and I hate their customer service even more.

I just used the Privacy settings.  Hopefully that will work.

I have also asked Charter to quit calling.  They will not.  Obvisiously, they have hired an independent call center to conduct their telemarketing, they will not quit, just like collection agencies.  It needs to stop!

I have been getting this call 2 to 3 times a day for about a month. I have an android phone, so i just added the number as a contact and selected to directly send the number to voicemail.

If you want the calls to stop, go to charter.com, scroll to the bottom, and click on Your Privacy Rights, then click on Privacy Preferences. You should fill out the form and check the boxes saying you don't want marketing calls. Hopefully this will stop the calls. Some people say it takes up to 20 days so Im glad I can send them directly to voicemail since they don't leave a message anyway.

I have the same issue 2-5 calls a day starting at 8am to 9pm.  The one call I did answer the lady was trying to get me to sign up for the phone services.  I told her no I didn't want it and that I was on a no call list she in a very hateful manner told me she worked for comcast and was calling on the behalf of charter.

I used the information you gave to try to block calls online, but all the links were broken.  I tried three different links (including: http://unsubscribe.charter.com. Each time I got a page informing me of a "syntax error" or other HTML error.

I have caller ID log of at least 20 calls from this number in the last 4 days.  If that was not bad enough, the calls start at 7:05 AM.
I called the 800 number and the super annoyed CSR read me the line about taking 20+ days to remove my number.
If I don't get satisfaction, I will try the Senior Management contacts provided in this string.

When Charter Communications calls to sell me more of their low quality services I tell them if they can give me the offer for $50 or less I am interested other wise forget it. They have yet to accept my counter offer.

I'm getting these calls to, once or twice a day. I had already called them and asked them to stop calling me. That lasted for a couple of months, and now it's started again.

I have installed a blocking program on my droid cell phone, now it just answers and hangs up on them for me.:) I'm now oblivious.

I have been getting calls from this number NONSTOP. It's getting ridiculous. I tried calling the number back today, and was on hold for 15min before I hung up and called the main Charter number.  The associate said I would be put on a no-call list, I sure hope so because I was about to go into a rage coma.  I fkn HATE Charter, they have the worst communication within their own company.  I wish there was another cable provider in town I would switch instantly.

I've been getting these calls and I answered one and it ended up being a prank call.  The person screamed that it was (so and so) calling me and hung up immediately, laughing.

I have gotten at least 2 calls a day for the last 5 days. Asked to be taken off list and they said allow 20 days...please....stop !!!! It is very annoying.

I would prefer any special offers to be sent through mail. I do not want continuous phone calls on my cell phone with no voice messages to identify the caller! I get at least 2 calls each day and want it to stop

After repeated calls from this number with no response upon answering, a female voice identified herself as representing Charter.  I see that this identification has been verified by other persons having received these nuisance calls.  I am on the no call list---is Charter incapable of understanding what that means?
