Same guy called me today and rattled off my info as well.

I have the same voicemail, he mentioned names I don't know (Williams and Lazano?) to contact him immediately.  He has a  way with sounding legitimate.  It's scary he had the last 4 digits of Nene's SS#...and I just a job with a shady boss who has my ssn, and he won't give me my last paycheck.  I've tried to report it to the state, so I first thought this caller was them.

GOT A CALL SAID HE WAS CHARLES WEINBERG  AND WAS  INCONTACT WITH THE LABOR BOARD  WAS GOING TO GARNISH MY WAGES AND TAKE MY CAR  FROM A  UNKNOWN NUMBER

I received a message again today on my Cell VM from a Charles Weinberg. He called on April 15 stated that he is calling from a fraud division and that i have two counts of check fraud against me. He also said the last 4 digits of my ssn and my ID  attached to it and that I need to get in contact with him as soon as possible to resolve this matter and he said he is investigating me and he see i am a federal government employee so he know that these fraud may not be true so i need to contact him soon. He also stated in the first vm i got that it is illegal to leave personal information on a cell phone vm, but today he did. Why when they call it shows up as unknown caller.  if you are a legit company than you will not be trying to hide.  

Received a phone call from them today. Said they were retained as i "supposedly" had a complaint for breach of contract and that i could dispute it or make payment arrangements. Asked them to provide specific information regarding in writing and was told they could not do that. Had a similiar situation with a place called Winchester Financial Services who also called stating the same. Cross checked with my credit report and found nothing with either name on it. Contacted my lawyer who told me that these types of companies are just "fishing" and to ignore them until they give you something in writing in which both companies have "refused" to do!

Called me very threatening regarding a complaint, then he said legal matter, then became very threatening rattling off social security numbers and personal information
