My husband and i went and we bought in to there lies after left form there started feeling like something was jsut not right. i went on internet and found out fast that they are scamming people out of there hard earned mney. I had written them a check so i called police deaprtment they said thank goodness you wrote a check you may have time to stop payment and sine i wrote check on Friday night i was able to. Yes, he is a liar. How have you been trying to contact him? I have called the numbers listed on my contract and in the yellow pages for both Regal/Royal resorts and both have been disconnected. I hope that someone has finally stopped them from taking peoples money. We even wished him and his future wife at the time Tracy a happy marraige, I guess they are perfect each other since they both are scam artist.

We bought ours around the same time. We did get a user name and ID#, however, to get the "discount" they promise you have to call the reservation line, owned by Shawn Banks. Let me tell you, the sales people are rude and unwilling to really help you, heck even Shawn herself has lied about calling us back and that she is looking into stuff. I have tried for days to call Michael Shoemaker back and the numbers are all disconnected, which just confirms it was a scam. When we bought it we ask if they were at all tied to International Vacation Services and Michael assured us they were not and he had heard bad things about that company as well. We cant contact anyone to request a refund at this point, and if you ask the reservations line they tell you to contact the place you bought the membership from, which now is apparently CLOSED. I am sure they are closed because they do all the scamming they could do in this area and moved on. Regal/Royal Resorts, Michael Shoemaker, Shawn Banks, and Michelle at the reservation center should all be ashamed of themselves for scamming people this way.
