Contrary to popular opinion, if you borrow money from this company you do have a legal obligation to pay them back, because you agreed to thier terms in order to get the money. This company is pretty ruthless, and they will hound you and threaten legal action against you. Your only options are to either file for bankruptcy protection, or work out a payment plan with them and try to get them to agree to a lower dollar amount. The cost of taking you to court is roughly $1500 in most states, if your loan is lower than that, chances are they aren't going to want to go that route.

This is Lending Booth's (payday loan company) collection number. This is an unlicensed online loan operator. In most states you are not legally required to repay these illegal online payday loans. Change your bank account and phone number and they will not be able to take any action against you.
