Got the same call, Sounds like a scam. old debt collector

Received the same message to our new business line.
I appreciate the feedback on this page.

this is a scam

Got a call at work saying call this number this is arbitration or press 1 now to talk to somebody.  These people need to be stopped.  They called with a local number 716-242-7584 and leave 877-309-7228 as a call back number.

Yes, I keep getting calls also.  I've gotten calles from several other numbers too.  I'm really getting tired of this.  Work hard for my money and don't need these scammers trying to get it from me.

So I got this message too. I pushed 1 cuz I didn't know but it just disconnected. Do you think anything will happen?

I am really sick of these scammers calling me for since before the holidays last year! They call and leave confidential info on the phone, a real arbitrator isn't going to call and say they are leaving information about arbitration on the phone!! Do they think we are stupid!! Obviously they are.

Yep - I got it too, googled both numbers and found this site. I went to the Better Business Bureau and reported it. Don't know if it will do any good - but it was worth the time.

Also emailing all my friends to tell them!

Another aggravating phone call out of nowhere........from some piece of crap

I got the same call as Jones. 877-309-7228 says it is disconnected. 716-242-7584 rings and rings. I imagine it is a debt collector for my husband's ex ... she's been an ex since 1993.

Got the exact same call.  ignored it.

Got a call from 716-242-7584 that came up as wireless caller on caller ID.  Left a message saying to press 1 to speak with them or call back to 877-309-7228 as it was an urgent message regarding arbitration.  No name or company name left.  Seems like a scam.  Any one else get these calls?
