I received a call on July 2,2012 saying they could reduce my mortgage to 2 percent but then they asked me was I working with any other company to get assistance....at that time I felt suspicious and told them I would need to do some research on there company. Got transferred a couple of times end up speaking to a guys v-mail for the number 323-456-1905.

if you are on the do not call list file complaint. if you are not, put yourself on the list, goggle do not call to make complaint or to place all your phones- cell. land on it and under federal law they are not supposed to contact you for any business calls that you do not initiate.

I received a call from Jessica, just like the others.  When I called back, I asked how the had gotten my cell phone number and they told me I had called them and that they were getting back to me!!!...Hmmm shame on those scammers.

I received the same call to MY CELL phone!  When I asked what company they were calling from, they transferred me to Garrett.  When I asked again, he transferred me to Jeff.  When I asked again, he transferred me back to Garrett who finally answered "Qualification Intake Department".  That is the supposed name of their company.

I received the same call to my office. I think they are calling by phone list, and trying to hunt the "naive people".

Got my call from the baboons today.   Robo Calling with the same old message about Obama Help.

Totally illegal Robo-Call:

NO company name as required
FAKE number shows up on your caller ID (# was disconnected/non-working on callback)
NO opt out method as required
RECORDED MESSAGE in violation of the TSR (robo-call)
CALLING numbers CLEARLY LISTED on the Do Not Call List

I got that same call today February 8, 2012.  this guy name Patrick answered when I called back and he left this number for me to call....323-456-1908.  Is this a scam?  I'm reporting this company to the BBB.

Jessica left a message stating that she was calling " With a courtesy follow up call regarding President Obamas making homes affordable program".  "She was calling on behalf of the qualification intake dept " and  " if I had not yet receive assistance to reduce interest rate to low as 2% please call 877-314-1336 ".

I called it because I have experience with lending products.  They answered and said they are a "Consumer Advocacy Group" called Relief Network.  If you look at their website www.reliefnetwork.com they are no way an advocacy group protecting consumers.  They very much look like a consumer debt counciling private business.  Beware.  Current mortgage interest rates with excellent credit, reasonable debt on house in relation to value of the house, and an employed applicant are about 4% for 30yr fixed and 3.35% for a 15yr note so throwing 2% around alone is suspicious.

i got a call from 323-559-7283 in LA Cali. left a message saying they where from obama's make a home affordable program, and left this number, since i don't have a house, this has to be a scam.

I haven't tried to reduce any interest rate recently. Therefore, I don't know how they got my home number. I believe this is a scam.
