I got a RECORDED call from this number stating that I need to call back immediatly due to a returned check and to please call this number now.

HELLO CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHO IS THIS NANCY GREEN EXT 301 IS BECUASE I GOT A CALL FROM HER STATING THAT I HAVE PENDING CHARGES AGAINST ME AND THAT IF I HAD A THIRD PARTY HANDLE MY CASE THEN THEY WOULD GIVE ME A DEAL IS THIS A SCAM

my sister in law received a call from this number nancy green ext 301  asking for me saying that it concerned pending charges against my social security number. when i called the number asking what kind of company they were she asked my name. i asked the lady again what kind of company they were and she yelled at me and said she would not give me any information unless i gave her my information. i told her i would not reveal that to her and she yelled at me again and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

I received a message from someone named Lisa Franks ext. 302 stating that I was a person of interest in an investigation involving an ex-girlfriend of my brother.  In the message she said that if I didn't call her back I could be called into court to testify.

Just found out DSS is a defense security service who  handles many businesses information. 877-318-0963 Anthony Hill is using this companies name.

I received a message May 6th 2013 from Anthony Hill 877-318-0963  xt 309 stating this was a legal matter from he seemed out of breathe and in a hurry.  I asked company name
he stated DSS.  I told him this was a Mitigation office and he hung up.

Got a call from Michael Nelson claiming to be an investigator calling me a person of interest in a case regarding a family member.  Sounds very sketchy to me because they did not bother to state which alleged Government Agency they were from.

Oh I know Don, but thanks for the info cause others may not know and get scared to death.....I will be honest that I almost fell for it once before.  Anyone who is going to file a lawsuit isn't going to call and warn you that you are about to be served! Funny they think we believe that, though some don't know.  I have a lawyer in the family I am seriously considering giving them a dose of their own medicine and have her call them :)

meto,  you will not be served.  Do not set an extra plate at the table. This old scam is for nothing more than to scare you into calling them and begging for a settlement to stop the legal action.  Then they will offer you a Godfather Deal to make it all go away.  Then,  off you go to Walmart for a prepaid card and you never hear from them until a few months later.  Since you were an easy mark for them,  they will call back for another run at your pocket book.

I got a call from this number today.  Some guy claiming to be investigator Allen Land or something like that.  Said he was a process server calling to notify of legal action against me.  Funny thing was he used my maiden name from 11 years ago.  At the end he said I had been notified and hung up.  Was talking all soft like, kinda like he didn't want anyone to hear him.  Was odd.  I am figuring this is another scan started.  Oh well, will wait and see if I get served.
