I received a call at my residence. My caller I.D. Showed "unknown name, Unknown number". The lady on the phone stated she was a certified courier  for  a collection company and that the document she is serving is sealed and she could not disclose the contents. she wanted to know if I would be available between noon and 3pm tomorrow, because she will be serving me a summons. She gave me a reference number and stated if I did not want to see her that I could call this number 877 318-6812 and request a stop order. I called the 877 318-6812 number and spoke to a man, I gave him the reference number she gave me. He asked me to verify my name and I did, he than asked me to verify the last 4 digits of my S.S.# and I refused, until he disclosed to me who he represented. He refused to state who he was representing, so I bid him a good day and hung up.

Has anyone ever showed up for anymore?  Just curious?

Same here.  They are calling stating that someone will come out to my house and serve me.  Funny how they give no details either.  Whatever.  Show up at my house.  LOL.  My sister is there.

I received a call at work on my cell phone.  The call came from "Unknown Caller" so I didn't answer it.  She left a message saying her name was Tammy Walker and she was a "Certified Courier".  Gave me a case number and said I need to call this number and get a stop order or she would see me at my residence or work.  Then she stated MY name, said "Consider yourself SERVED".  Then she said if she didn't receive a "stop order" she would see me tomorrow.  Wished me "good luck" and hung up!

Left a message saying I need to call this number and get a stop order or she would see me at my residence or work....I wish she would then maybe these people would stop calling....OMG I don't even know what the debt is for and when I asked for an address to request validation of debt they got mad and hung up the phone on me!! What ever People...If knew who they were I would take them to court!

No one is going to turn up. Just ignore it. It's a scam.

This woman comes on the phone and says she will be serving me tomorrow-saying that I need to call to put a "stop" order....annoying....scary cuz I don't want anyone showing up and scaring my elderly parents....

Company called my work, and manipulated and threatened a coworker to release personal information about me over the phone concerning Lisa Covey. She repeatedly told them I was Lisa Ward and not working at the time. They then threatened her again with a summons, and said they were going to serve me with a summons. I AM NOT LISA COVEY. These people can't even get their information straight and harass anybody. They do not care who they hurt.

The calls stopped for about 3 weeks and now started up again. They have this "so called" carried call from a local number and says if you don't call the "877" number she has to serve me. Funny, how she never serves me though. I think maybe we've been called at least 50 times. Says we have to get a "stop order" from this phone number so she doesn't come out to my work or home. I don't think so. Bummer is, the bi*** is calling my cell phone, my home phone and my husband's cell phone. How did they get these numbers?
