On 2/13/2009 at 6:23pm I received a text message stating they are a credit union "8773233798"@atmail19.tmomail.net trying "to find out why your debit/ATM card was blocked." I do not have nor have I ever had a debit/ATM card with a credit union.

I called this number and it asked for my atm number

credit@tmomail.net / / We are sorry to inform you that we had to lock your Credit Union access.  To reactivate it call 8778333734

i recieved an e-mail asking to return a call to 18773233798

Same thing at 10:34AM, text indicated ATM/Debit card was blocked, and to call 877-323-3798 to find out why. Am going to ignore and delete.

I too go this as a txt. (2/13/09 6:11pm CST) It seems they're getting around today. You can report it but the FCC won't do anything about it

I received this text message on my cell phone at about 8:30, Friday night, Feb. 13, 09.

Has anyone else reported this to the FTC? My girlfriend got the same message from them on Feb 13th, 7:30 PM.

Please report these people to the FTC so they can track and arrest.

Got a text from it. Checked bank accounts, they're fine, finally called it, nothing but silence. Scamming via texting now? wtf.

I also recieved this message and gave out my information due to i have had recent events like this occur, i thought it was legit.

i received it today and a scammer tried to get me on craigslist too.... hmm

we got a text message saying are ATM card was frozen from 1-877-323-3798 we believe this is a scam

I got that same text msg on both of the phones on my account today. I called my bank to see if they were associated with that company they said no, do not call them, do not give them any personal information they believed it to be a fraud type situation.

Is there anyone we can contact about it?

Me too jst ignore it don't call back it ask for your account number and even your pin number def. A scam!
