Does anyone know who calls from this phone number?

They left me a message, and it was Time Warner Cable.  They addressed me with the wrong name and told me about new offers on deals with their service.  If you receive this call and have no craving for new cable service, I would block it or ignore it.

This number calls my house at least once a day... I never answer. They never leave a message, they hang up before the recorder beeps, which makes a blank tone sound until someone pushes the stop button. This has been going on every day for a few weeks now and it's getting really annoying because I don't know what the heck these people want.

I agree this phone number is for Time Warner Cable with a special offer. If you call the number back and listen for a few seconds you can have your number removed from their data base.

Another site lists the number as Time Warner Cable.

Several calls from this number in the past week.  No response when I pick up the phone - no message if I don't answer.  Any ideas about who this is?

This call comes to us a few times each week.  If we answer no one response to us, and if we don't answer they leave no message????  How do we stop this call?
