Are you typing in all caps because you are trying to scare people!! I think you submitted this as someone who works for that scam!

This happened to my sister, she kept getting calls after she had already paid a debt collector for a settlement amount for payday loans, these people are trying to get you to pay them instead to collect a commission on what they get from you. It is all false, there are no attorneys, they are not in court at that moment filing your case!!! Tell them to stop calling you before you take them to court!

WELL I GOT A CALL FROM UPC AS WELL AND THEN I DID GET PAPER WORK FAXED OVER TO MY HR AND I DID TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER IN HAND BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT MY WAGES OF THE 15PER CENT I DID DO IT SO I DID PAY IT SO I DONT KNOW IF THESE COMMENTS ARE SO TRUE SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE SURE MINE WAS DONE LEGALLY AND WAS NOT A SCAM........IF YOU DO SOMETHING AND YOU KNOW THAT YOU DID IT ACTUALLY YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT PROCESS OF THE FILING THE COMPLAINT CAN HAPPEN YOU WOULD NOT KNOW IT UNTIL YOU GET THE INFO ON IT OKAY THAT ALL I HAVE TO SAY HAVE A NICE DAY THIS WAS TRUE

I have been getting calls now for two months in regards to this so called U P C and associates from telephone number 877-330-0443 stating that they have a complaint against me and my social security number for fraud but they are going to contact my human resource department. I have been getting a laugh out of it because I actually work at an attorney's office and know the steps of filing a complaint, and you can not legally serve someone a complaint over a cell phone voice-mail as they are now trying to claim. I will be using the correct process of filing a complaint when I reverse on them.

This place is a scam!!! Dont give them one red cent of your money! They are a collection agency buying pay day loans, pretending to prosecute under fictitious attorneys that dont exist.  Save your voicemails, and contact a local civil rights attorney, the attorney general and file a complaint.  The violations of the FDCPA can get you awarded usually between $1500 to $10,000 depending on the state you're in.
