They are trying to tell me that I tried to "Intentionally Defraud a Financial Institution" by "Closing my account before payment could be made."
They're saying basically I wrote an electronic check and closed the bank account before the money could be released to them. Which is complete b***s***.
But- it also scares me, because my ex knew all my information, social security #, etc.
If anyone knows how I can actually prove I wasn't even aware of this and my girlfriend was forging my signature electronically.. email me

the scum suckin pigs called my 84 yr. old parents today and 5 other times , left threating messages , I hired a lawyer and gonna sue them for every call they made to them . Needless t say my parents are upset and Trident s*** heads are gonna pay dearly. Tues i'm contacting the NYS , FLA . , AND US atty. general offices and going for criminal charges against them for breaking the law .
Hope you s*** heads follow this post , heads up ! My pay day is comming ......

They called looking for a person I guess that had my house phone number before me, the person on the line told me all the info after I told them I did know anyone with that name! I hung up on them and they called me back to tell me off! Crazy harassment!

They called me at home today about a credit card account that I once had with HSBC. I spoke with Ms. Monaco and she gave me the company name as Trident Financial Network and they are a collection agency in Florida. I looked them up on the Florida Office of Financial Regulation's website:

According to the State of Florida they are a legal agency and an actual brick and mortar company. I'm working on paying this off with them now.

I have been getting calls from them on my cell just about every single day for weeks. Sometimes they leave a message about an urgent business matter or a debt and sometimes no message at all. I have turned the matter over to an attorney.

got a call from them also. say that i owe a payday loan. but i dont know if its a scam or not. the name of the company is trident financial. if anybody has any info on them let me know please.
