We used all this equipment in two collection agency that I owned. They are now closed and what I know about all that I have is pretty much all of this does everything. No, SK, he is most definitely not very bright. He laid low for a while. Like all of his kind he thought he'd be able to resume his activities once the heat died down. He has failed yet again at his attempts to think.
I believe he has resorted to outsourcing his calls from peoples kitchen tables & basements now. It won't do him any good. I've already made a couple of calls. He'll be diving back for cover this time even faster than he did last time. Keep watching this number and his other one. Report them to me at the other location. I received a call from 18773314923 today at about 7p.m. Didn't answer it. I am in Canada and thought it was weird I got this call. Wouldn't you think a cop or someone more official would be calling if there was an issue with bad cheques???  Just saying..

I Got this call Today regarding my husband (Who by the way is currently in Afghanistan) We have not used checks since the beginning of our relationship (5 1/2 Yrs)  Just got a pre-recorded phone message with the voice of a very nice-sounding southern woman. It said 'they' had tried to reach my husband several times regarding the civil or criminal investigation involving my husband, that it was time sensitive and I needed to call them as soon as possible That I could contact her or DETECTIVE MULLINAX .I Called them back told her I was his wife my husband was overseas and what was this about. She stated that he had some returned check from PIZZA HUT (If that isn't desperate) that has been closed down for many years. They not only wanted the check amount (which couldn't have been more than $50 if there even was a check) but they also wanted restitution (Really?(???)) So I Found this tread then onto the Police department in Snellville Where they KNEW HIS NAME ALL TO WELL. I FILED A REPORT ?(¬?¬)? My advice do the SAME maybe if we raise enough flags we can get this guy off the Streets.

BOTTEM LINE HE CANNOT TAKE OUT A CRIMINAL WARRENT ON YOU!! It checks are not criminal unless over $500 (that is a felony) But the company has to take you to court and PROVE IT (INTENT)

She called harrassing my elderly mother about a check I paid 7 years ago. My mother almost paid them. These people need to be shut down!

If you get a call from this number report it as fraud with your local authorities. They called my mother trying to collect on a bounced check that was paid 7 years ago. Do not trust these people. This Mullinax subject is a "private detective"  with a license that is inactive in the state of Gerogia. Don't give out your information to these people and know your local laws.

Wonder why Mullinax and this Gretchen person are still in business.   As I remember, back in the late 50s, I knew a man stationed in Georgia in the Army and small loan companies just outside the military bases used to prey on soldiers and airmen.  There were almost no regulations dealing with these loan companies and they used a lot of illegal means to collect.  I suspect in some areas that is probably still true when it comes to private collection companies.    Somebody's got to take Mullinax and Gretchen down.   The question is:  How?  The local authorities are apparently doing nothing.

I got this same call about 6 months ago....I checked it out and it was crap! They threatened to take a warrant out for my arrest over a check that was settled a long time ago with my bank. I told them to do what they needed to to do. End of that story! But today I got a call from (678) 691-3473, a woman saying she represented The Mullinax Group and had been retained to recover money owed on a bad check written in 2002. She said that a warrant would be taken out on me tomorrow and that I needed to settle this right then. I laughed and told her that any checks that were written on that account was taken care of then and that even if it happen to slip by it was out of statute, and she could do nothing. She hung up on me! I know these kinds of people, they prey on your fear and I will not be bullied into handing over any money because they think they can scare me. I worked for a collection agency, I know how low they will go, which is why I do not do that kind of work anymore. As soon as I mentioned the statute she hung up. When I looked up the number it was a woman named  Gretchen Hudson - Lawrenceville, Georgia...677 Hunt Station Dr. But my caller ID said The Mullinax Group, Private Detective! SCAM!!!!!!!! They had a lot of information about me....not happy about that!

Omg .... This idiot called me yesterday and told me I owed him $280 from a bounced check from 2008!!! It's was not true.....I called the bank, Gwinnett county court clerk, and then I called the Snellville Police dept....when the lady at the police dept herd this Robert Mullinax, claiming to be a detective, she took over!!! Got an email from this Mullinax guy with an 855-862-7368 saying I needed to call or email them back. He used my maiden name along with my married name, I've been married for 15 yrs so I'm  not sure wht I could have done. My cop friend said this is crap and probably a scam. My husband says to not respond. The email says nothing about why they are contacting me. Anyone have any email contact with these people?

We called them to collect a returned check for our company that was for $5,000.00. They said they collected the money from the man, but we hadn't received any money. After six months of calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails, Ron Mullinax sent us a check for $500.00. We cashed it and got the money, which I never thought it would be a good check. I kept calling, emailing and leaving voicemails. He never responded. His lawyer told me on the phone that Ron had to file bankruptcy. I talked to my lawyer and found out that since I cashed the check he sent me, that made it a Civil matter and I would have to take him to Civil Court. I would like to find Ron Mullinax and collect my money!
