I have been receiving several calls a day, and nobody is there when I pick up. I called the number back, and an automated message answered for a Cox Customer Survey.

Own a small business and get 6-8 calls a day from this number.  No one is ever there.

Since it wasn't in my Contacts, I just ignored it, no message left.

Got a call from this number today, answered it and they hung up. Could hear telemarketing center type noise in the background before the hang up.

I received 25 calls on my cell phone in 4 days from this # -- four of the most frustrating days of my life. Calls early in the morning, calls in the middle of the business day, calls during dinner, etc. The first 6 times no one responded when I answered the call. The next 18 times I let it go to voice mail, but the caller never left a single message. I answered the 25th call and a woman identified herself as an employee of Universal (Code #1223) and said she was conducting a customer satisfaction survey for Cox Comm (Business). She was unable to provide any identifying information about the "supposed" customer support interaction I recently had with Cox Comm (Business) so I requested that she permanently remove my # from her list and never call my # again.

I immediately called Cox Comm (Business) and reported this information. The employee I spoke to (Angela) confirmed that they had recently hired a company to conduct customer satisfaction surveys of their customers, and that they were in "test" mode. I told her that they had failed the test, and requested that she permanently remove my # from her list and never have a survey company call me again.
