The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits collectors from contacting third parties and talking about the debt with very limited exceptions.  The worst collection agencies will use skip trace reports to identify friends, neighbors, and relatives of the debts in order to let the debtor know that their life is under a microscope.  These collectors may pretend that they are simply trying to locate the debtor, but discovery in a court case will regularly reveal that the collector knew exactly where to find the debtor, and ?locating the debtor? was a mere pretext for stalking the debtor with calls to close friends and relatives.  Collection practices like this are abusive and illegal.

Your best option may be to have an attorney help get their attention or pursue claims under the either the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Second recorded message for my daughter - a college student, who has no debt.  Identified themselves as a debt collection agency for First Credit Inc.

Received two of these calls. Unknown name unknown number on callID. Leaves message about personal business matter. I'm not late on anything so can't be financial.

I called this number and the automated attendant says it's FCI Corporation -  They are a debt collecting agency.   I was requested to hold on and be transferred to a customer service rep.  So I waited, listening to dead air, I wanted to talk to them so I can rip them, but was disconnected.

Got a call yesterday..same BS as posted above..I have NO outstanding debt.. They must be starting up again..They give an alternate # to have your name removed...

received a call for outstanding medical payment- not the case though, i have no outstanding payments.

Second call from these people.  Did not give their name but caller ID came up with FCI Corp.  Don't know who they are or what they want.  Never heard of them.

Recieved a call from the above number, just alittle while ago. No name on caller id. VM just phone number given, message said they need to talk to me, nothing else. I'm so tired of these calls, in fact number is blocked on my phone. Must be using a different ext number.

Many calls from same number.  Caller-id shows Healthcare Resolution.  Seems to be a healthcare information management firm of some kind.  Marketing call???
