(877) 490-6706 So this number called caliming to be t-mobile and asked that they needed to change my plan because pre paid wasnt going to be available any longer and that they need to change me...They didnt ask if I would like to switch or anything they basically were forcing me to change...they asked for my 4 digti pin and birthday...when I asked if they were calling from tmobile they said yes...so they put me on hold and they said it was going to be a 5 min wait...so I hung up and called tmobile and they said they were offering that plan..when they asked me for the phone number to verify if it was them...the lady told me that number is not affiliated with tmobil and its not in their system...I got scared and immediatley changed my pin...I can't belive they are not being more careful in warning their customers about these low life scammers...Do not give them any information If anything call tmobile directly! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just called the number from my home phone and the person answered as Bank of Montreal. I double checked, I did dial back correctly. I keep rejecting the call from my cell.

This numbre called 2 days consectively and claim she was from T-mobile. I informed the caller that she was calling an "DO NOT CALL" registered phone number. She continue to claim she was with T-Mobile. I contacted T-mobile and gave them that number; they do not recognize that number. I told T-Mobile that number was calling a DO NOT CALL registered phone line. I was informed by T-Mobile to call the fraudulent hotline at 888-624-5173 to report this problem. This hotline is only for T-Mobile customer!

Just got a call from this number and the same thing. I got a text from T-Mobile the other day about switching to post paid. No dice since they are going to become AT&T anyways. I hate AT&T and want nothing to do with them.

Just received the call from some guy claiming to be from T-Mobile. He's requesting to change my pre-paid plan to a post-paid plan since the Flexpay was grandfathered.
He will request information such as your 4-digit pin number linked to your account and some mailing address.
I could not verify whether such individual was claiming to be from T-Mobile. Never give out information to any calls unless you're calling the actual support line.
