One of our library patrons claimed they received a call from this number, claiming to be us (the library).  Could not get many details from this patron.

they called me at school and i didnt leave a message or call back.

it's tmobile letting everyone know about their plan changes and giving options on how to update your plan.

I get calls from this number all the time. They never leave a massages. I hope they will stop calling

i got a call from this number today and it crashed the system, i had to take battery and chip out and reload the whole thing, kind of scary, hannah

Lat time they call me i was online chat on t-mobil the woman on chat she told me one time it is t-mobil number and after a while chating she said not they number but she pretend like 20 minutes she don't understand my question wich was ,,,877-335-8967 it is a t-mobil number?,,,it is so hard question and then i told her if is your  number stop calling me i do not change my contract,i cand't wait to finish with you guys whatever they r the worse costumer service and in they website seem like u cand't complain or find out what u need

I get calls from this number all the time and they say its T-Mobile. They say that they want to change my plan from flex-pay to a month to month or i could have a  2 year contract deal. The person told me that if i changed to month to month i wasn't allowed to use my phone for three days but if i signed up for a contract then i would be able to use it right away. This seemed very suspicious to me. I ended up telling them that it wasn't a good time and that i would deal with it later. I wouldn't give this number any personal information if i was you.

Got a call from this number at noon, there's a music after I answered then nothing happened. Hope I won't be bothered anymore.

Yes, this is scam. They call me every day. They want my pin number.

Yea, I got a call from this number today. He said it was a "Courtesy Call". They told me flex-plan was being phased out and told me they could move me over to a month-to-month. (I'm already on a month-to-month, not a flex plan). They told me how many hours I get. I told him I already have unlimited. He said "Oh, I'm sorry, I brought up the wrong number. Let me get he correct one.". I then asked if they'll have the iPhone in the near future. He told me it was a good possibility.

I told him I would switch over online when I find out if they'll carry the iPhone. He said that I can't do it online. So I followed up with "I'll go to a T-Mobile store". I promptly replied "The stores won't know about this and don't have access to this information. You have to call us." I told him "Fine, then I'll call T-Mobile directly at a later time." He then tried to pressure me and told me the flex-plan was being phased out early next month (a week or so?). Yea, whatever. This is a scam. I don't believe this was T-Mobile. I did a Google on the number and found this and others complaining.

TMOBILE with some excuse to ask me for my SSN# . Happens 3 times a week, will happen no more as I canceled my account with them.

TMOBILE asking for my SSN# so they could "convert" my account.   Used the call to CANCEL my contract with them

T-MOBILE:  Made some excuse to ask for my SSN#.  Told them if they call again I will cancel.  They did! and I did!

I keep getting called from this number and they said that they were from T-Mobile and that they were doing away with the pre-paid plans, but I am on a contract (???) and do not have a pre-paid plan. So I told them "You are not changing my prepaid plan, because I am on a contract!!" and hung up on them. I now have the number on my 'reject calls' list. This is obviously a scam to get personal details from you by some people who have gotten hold of T-Mobile customer info.

I got a call today and said it was Tmobile and they were phasing out pre paid plans, and wanted to put me on a 2 year contract or just a regular plan but not pre paid, then when they wanted my ss# I said I didn't want to provide that right now.  And she said ok thank you and have a wonderful day. ???

I agree, I am fairly certain that this is a fake number pretending to be T-Mobil and trying to get your info to put you on a 2 year contract. When I called T-Mobil from my phone they said they were going to check into it, but they weren't very clear....

I got this calls,one time i answer was a woman with weird accent,she said she is from t-mobil and ask me to change my contract i said no if i want i go to a deler,in store not on phone and i said do not call me again,now they call every day i ignore calls,then i was online with costmer service,on chat,from t-mobil she never answer to my question if this number is or not from t-mobil she pretend do not understand my question anyway t-mobil is the worse costumer service ever i have few problems with them in few months whatever my phone got 20 numbers option to block now any other can call me non stop what a mess

I get calls daily from this number and they don't leave a message.  I called them back and it was T-Mobile.  T-Mobile is my cell phone carrier and he said they were calling to thank me for being a T-Mobile customer and wanted me to take a survey about T-Mobile which I agreed to.  After I gave T-Mobile service a  5 because in order to upgrade my phone I have to sign a new 2 year contract he told me that he could not help me and I told him he can put me on their Do Not Call List.  He said he would, we shall see.

When i answered there was music playing like i was being transfered or something. Then they hung up? I thought that it was t-mobile calling.

I was very bitter that someone called me.   I thought that it was t mobile and I found out that it was fake.

I' been getting calls from this # and when I answerd they hang up.
