This number has called me twice. They do not leave a message. I reported the number to my cell phone provider, T Mobile. The service representative said that it was a call because they received my late payment. That is a little reduntant considering that T Mobile sends me a text message as soon as any payment is approved by my bank. The representative said that she would make sure I did not receive any more calls from this number in the future.

I called the number back from a landline and spoke to a gentleman who told me it is TMobile's promotional department.  He wanted me to verify information and I advised him I was recording the call and did not feel comfortable giving him the info due to what I had read online regarding the number they called from.  He was able to tell me a few things about my account that only TMobile would know.  After asking him to remove my number from the list he did read to me TMobile's DNC policy which I verified online.  This is not a scam.

Answered this number, only corny musak was playing no-one talked! second time they called. annoying!

I just got a call from this #. They did not leave a message, and when I called it back, the message said something along the lines of "thank you for calling T-Mobile, press 1 for english, 2 for spanish". When I pressed 1 a man came on the phone and said "thank you for calling T-Mobile, may I have your mobile number to better assist you", I told him no, why did you just call my phone. he said "it was a courtesy call letting me know that I can add a line and a phone for $5.00" I told him no, and he said "thank you, have a good day".

...not actually a debt collector but rather an offer to regarding your contract, but when I made a payment they hand it over to billing and after 2 days I called 611 and that's when I confirmed that the payment was actually posted.

This same number has called my phone multiple times during the week. I didn't answer and they left no message. I read that others have had similar issues and this number is a scam.

I went to TMobile and asked - they say this is NOT a legit t-mobile number, they are not associated with the people who call from this number. The support rep also said they can't do anything about them calling.

It is some department within the IRS.

Probably not IRS, I received couple of phone calls. Answered once by accident and nobody was on the other end.

I'm about confused by all the postings saying this was a T Mobile number.  I'm not a customer and never have been.  They did however leave a message - said they were from TDAmeritrade.  Rather strange as I am not a customer there either.

They keep calling and not leaving a message. I added this to my 'blocked' list but they keep calling anyway. I am now putting in a complaint to T-Mobile since I am a T-Mobile customer and it sounds like (from what others have written) that this is one of their sub-contractors.

its real, it was t-mobile asking telling me asking about satisfaction, didn't try and sell me anything, didn't ask any details, just 1-10 of whether i would recommend.  not a scam

Just got off the phone with a real T-Mobile customer service rep, and she told me that this number 877-335-8975 is not from T-Mobile.

We NEVER answer "any calls" we don't recognize.
Today, my wife got a call from this number. They didn't left any message.
I Google it and found many pages.
For the last 30 yrs. I teach my family and friends how to find-out a fake caller, but REEGARDLESSSSS, never, NEVER!, NEVER!,  EVER give any information to "ANY" caller Including the fake police, fire fighters, 911, etc.), or email, Facebook, YouTube, banks, etc.  THERE ARE WAYS TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH.
My wife and children never got taking advantage (they follow my rule)
Family a friends do "all the time", they never learn, and that's the reason this "crooks" are still on business.

Yeah, this is a TMobile Survey. But i had to call them back and ask them to stop calling my cell phone, never leave a message, how dumb. Had to call them bc they called 15 times . . . annoying. Yes i do have TMobile but No i do not want to take a survey, sorry. . .

When this number calls and I don't answer, they don't leave a message. Also, it is soon followed by someone calling from this number: 702-932-4548.

They are calling me too and I am a TMobile Customer. They usually call me around 8:30PM est. There is no way they are from TMobile if they are not leaving a message. I contacted TMobile and they are going to look into it, they said at this time, there is no way to block the number.
