I answered, and there was only silence.

I should add that initially it is dead air after you pick up, but after a few seconds, I got the representative.

Seems to be a legitimate T-Mobile call ... called to verify my new service and account info and correctly identified all of my information without me telling them. Offered to answer any questions I had about my new service, and to try to get me onto paperless billing.
denver 2013-11-16 21:05:09 Unknown
I received this number every week, they keep asking about my t-mobile last bill which I already pay on time or they want verify my information.

WoW. That's all I have 2say about these replies, and Gr8 thing it's not my number! I'd be chopoed liver by now ~ LoL
You have an option to block any number, but the 8's as-well - systematically.
OK, check this out ~ it has the same result!
QUESTION: How is absolutely"nothing", turned into such a vicious threat?!? Mystery's got me - I guess just like yesterday; Driving, 2-lanes, (I'm in the inside lane), there are 2-cars (in each lane), going from 23-28MPH (LIMIT 45MPH), ***Now, knowing you don't pass: left2right lane, I finally get around the R-car, to pass the L-car, ***Calmly, mind you - when I finally get back2inside lane; the car I was just behind, has the nerve to honk profusely, as "SHE" flips me off - FULL FACE/FINGER SMASHED UP INTO WINDSHIELD...?! And, carry-on to the NEXT redlight - until she realized; "I'm in front of her"! I came
almost 2a complete stop, and she like to wet herself! All that over what?? So stupid.

I've recently changed to T-mobile & started to get calls from this number on my mobile phone. All I get is empty air. I also do not usually answer calls when I don't recognize the number. I was constantly getting slammed with bogus charges when I was with another carrier. This is insane.
called 2013-09-17 01:27:05 Unknown
Did they ask you for any information? What did you give? What did they already have or know about you?
mikeB 2013-09-16 17:01:10 Unknown
I have a newish t-mobile service. I recently called the customer service department and requested that I get no more phone contacts from them at all. No vice, no text. Also no printed ads in the mail. Only my monthly bill. The person that I spoke with said that she had made the changes for me. Time will tell.

T-Mobile telemarketer. They already have my business, why annoy your clients ?
Andrew 2013-08-29 17:06:53 Telemarketer
I changed from Verizon to T-mobile because of all the telemarketers I got when I had their service. Now that I have T-Mobile, they're the ones spamming me.
Jeanette 2013-08-14 03:15:49 Unknown
Just recently switched to Tmobile from Verizon and have been bombarded with calls from numbers I do not recognize, this being one of them. I am ready to switch back to Verizon. I give my cell phone number to no one other than family and I don't even want to be bothered by Tmobile if that is who is on the other end. Just because you called back the number and they said they are Tmobile doesn't make it true. Just received a call stating they were calling on behalf of the Pennsylvania DMV regarding my car insurance. Do you really think PA DMV cares what I am paying for car insurance?

I called T-Mobile Customer Care after seeing all of these messages and wondering what the truth actually was. The representative looked up the number for me and verified that the number is from their Marketing Department. The only thing that they asked me for was my e-mail address, which I thought was odd, because T-Mobile already had my e-mail address, but apparently their Marketing Department isn't privy to a good portion of your information - just the type of plan that you are currently on. It's not a scam, per-se, just them trying to sell you extra services.

Received same call from this number on my cell called back and it said
T-Mobile which it isn't....didn't press #1 for English. Hung up and called customer service
at T-Mobile and reported it. T-Mobile's normal practice is to send a text message not a call.
So, keep this in mind.

Same Here I answered itt but did not respond

Just got the call, didn't answer. Called back from my work phone, the introduction says it is T-Mobile, pressed 1 for English and got an operator. I told her that I just received a call from this number and asked why. The representative said that this was T-Mobile and they were calling new customers to thank them for switching and to see if we have any questions.
SUGARBOOGER 2013-07-17 15:23:04 Unknown
If it is really T-Mobile, then WHY do they hang up on everyone? Like me?
George 2013-07-02 16:50:05 Unknown
I just received phone call from that number. I called it and it was T Mobile doing a survey on my new service with them.
Tmoblie 2013-05-18 19:03:39 Telemarketer
It's company claiming to be t-mobile, it's not.
They tell you it's a survey but it's not. they are phishing for information so they could exploit your online bank access and or email.
The information you give them they will use to answer security questions to reset your accounts.

Its T Mobile.

This is a scam
russell 2013-03-01 22:43:38 Survey
It's T-Mobile calling to explain the billing for new customers and take a quick survey - they ask you to rate your t-mobile network coverage, t-mobile service, and t-mobile in general.
It's not too annoying except for the painful detail they take in explaining the bill. I'm a grown up, I can figure out my cell phone bill... no need to call me to explain it again, that's actually a little insulting.
Stephan 2013-02-04 17:08:00 Unknown
After getting this call, I contacted T-Mobile and they said that they do not have that number in their records as any number they would be calling from. It is a scam - don't tell them anything.
dax 2013-01-30 16:40:19 Unknown
Its just T-mobile , a courtesy call about your service.
kevlar 2013-01-17 20:46:39 Unknown
T-Mobile when I called them back
tony 2013-01-03 18:46:46 Unknown

Andy Door 2012-11-20 14:49:00 Unknown
I just got a call from this number. Answered it and it played music and hung up. I called it back and it said it was t-mobile and press 1 for English. I just hung up. I do have t-mobile service but have no reason for the call.
Destiny's Child 2012-11-15 20:45:33 Unknown
Wow okay. Hopefully by now you have refilled your prescription. Pretty sure it's just T-Mobile.
silvermount 2012-10-11 20:40:18 Unknown
