what to i do i even called the police and filled a report in mibil alabama???????

they work with this guy thats an aterney in alabama mibil ben stokes,stokes and clinton the 3rd has called me non stop and bay area credit service its always some guy with some stupid  accent that leaves messages with a # and stokes sounds american too 251 460 2400 they have bothered me for years but when you call back the numbers it only allows you to leave a mesages at these (fones) (i do this like the spelling to infasiz that its like a hot line these people harass you i think its a big fraud

Get Call from These FOOLS and at first you get music so i push the pound button for hundreds of times the i listen. and Yes its the Bay Area Credit and her mane was Misty. she was polite but i don't answer to any company about ant type of credit info on a phone for any reasons. so today i will file a complaint about the comapny as they have tied up my message machine with there music for 5 minutes and this is going to STOP.
i wish they would give me a e-mail address to send info to. then i would send them a 30 meg file and shut them down

These people have been calling me for weeks! I am constantly getting voice mails that are a minute worth of static! I guess I will try and call them back and get them to remove my name.

I had a similar experience.  Repeated calls of all static, phone company couldn't block.  When I called the number, I also spoke to someone from Bay Area Credit who said they were looking for somebody I had never heard of before.  He said they'd take me off the list.  He was polite, accommodating, and straightforward.  Assuming the calls stop, it's an easy solution (and much less annoying then letting them call back a million times, which had been our strategy for the last few weeks)

Same complaint as above re static. Out of frustration, I called local phone company who advisd they could not block long distance calls. I then called this number myself about 5pm EST.  A man answered but I could not understand the company name.  When I told them about the static, he simply told me they were trying to locate a person I had never heard of.  I asked hime to remove me from the call list.  He said he would.  We'll see if that suffices! These automated calls are soooooo aaannnnnnooyyyyiiinnnggg!

I called the number back and a rep answered calling herself "Lilly".  I asked her repeated who she is, and she finally relented and said it's "Bay Area Credit".

They call late at night and early morning. Just static!!!!!

Every time they call I just get a message with constant stati. I called them back to figure out what the heck this was...
Says they are "Bay Area Credit" trying to collect a debt in my name. They gave me the last 4 of my social, an old address, and said the debt was in reference to my current checking account! They have the number and everything. My bank knows nothing about it- I think it is a scam.

This obvious a home phone. The answer I recieve is a fax number calling me.

This number has been calling me on my cell for several weeks now. It's nothing but static every time, and today alone they have called me at least 6 times. This is getting very old.
