I just recd a call later today in regards to a claim against me. I was told by a Kurt Davis that need to act on this before getting an action against me. They are saying that I had a cash advance from CHECKINCASH back in 2008, never had anything like this ... so of course already knew they were lying ....
Thanks to seeing all of your complaints, I have filed more 2 complaints towards this company to BBB and CFPB.  
If you get a call from either Ryan, Katrina White or a Kurt Davis at 877-340-0369, they are fraud and ignorant people trying to scam.

They are calling themselves UNION GROUP.

Am receiving harassing call from Katrina White and Kurt Davis.Have been threatening with fraud,fine and jail time if I don't pay with a credit or debit OR even a GREEN DOT card.Gave me an overnight time period to do this or SHE would be hand delivering me the claim.Not falling for it...bring it on. Have no recall of so called payday loan for when a person gets the loan they must post date a check.The loan co. will allow  you a few days to come in and pay...IF you don't the check's sent automatically to your bank.SO am NOT ignorant!!

If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. ?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

YES .. KURT DAVIS IS CALLING ME AND KATRINA CALLED MY CELL PHONE LIKE 5 TIMES IN A ROLL AND I JUST FINALLY PICKED UP AND SAID .. LOOK *****, STOP CALLING ME .. BUT I GUESS THEY LIKE IT ....

They are calling me and harassing me since Monday and the names are Kurt Davis & Katrina White.Yes it also is about a claim for me way back almost 4 yrs. ago! My family & friends have looked into this and IT IS A SCAM TARGETED AT ELDERLY,LOW INCOME,MAINLY! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...HERE I COME! YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME! only WAY TO STOP THIS IS TO BAND TOGETHER WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT!!

Calling my job. Saying I owe for check into cash in 2009. Spoke to an Angela saying that a Kurt Davis says I better call and also they need am address to file and present me with a claim. ..so bs!!#!

Called saying my final warning before they present me with a claim. Ok... Because you have yet to inform me of what I owe!

I JUST REC'D A CALL FROM MY JOB THESE JERKS SAYING THAT THEY WANTED MY HOME ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY FELT IT WAS TO EMBARSSING TO COME TO MY JOB AND TO BRING ME CLAIM PAPERS.
THIS CALL WAS 877-340-0369 MR. KURT DAVIS.
CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL MY JOB AND IF THEY DO I WILL CALL REPORT THEM AND SAID TO KEEP TO F AWAY FROM ME ....

THEY HUNG UP, BUT NOW CALLING MY HOME NUMBER AND CELL NUMBER. THEY COULD BE GETTING THIS INFO FROM A SIGHT IF APPLYING FOR CASH ADVANCE OR AN INSTALLMENT LOAN.  I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS UNTIL NOW FOR LIKE A INSTALLMENT LOAN AND ALL OF SUDDEN, GETTING THESE CALLS. TURNED DOWN THE LOAN AND TOLD ME THEM TO DO NOT PYT MY INFO OUT THERE BECAUSE OF IGNORANT A***OLES WHO ARE TRYINGT SCAM PEOPLE FOR MONEY

this phone numer is calling me and claiming they are a mediation service.  877-340-0369.  They are harrassing me and calling my work.  They have very low tactics.  They were willing to accept payment from me over the phone yet they claimed they were not a collection agency.

My wife has received several rude, cryptic and harassing phone calls/messages from "Union Group"  seeking information on her son. A man named Ryan Phillips indicated that they had "a claim to present" against him, whatever that means. I'm thinking this is a collection call, but they really don't make it clear.
Tryed to tell them to quit calling, but I'd be better off talking to the wall. Very obnoxious.
