Person called to notify me of changes on my account. I asked what they were and rep told me she couldn't because I wasn't the primary account holder and asked that my wife call back. I let it go because I new what the changes were (upgrade in service).
My wife called Verizon (wireless/different department) for another issue and they couldn't help her because she wasn't the primary account holder...now I was it...
I wish Verizon could get all there info in all there little cubicle departments straightened out. These things are getting frustrating.

Called by them at my home#. I called Verizon and got a $15 credit. Ask, it never hurts! I tried for the $100, but it was tough.
