Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are entitled to proof of claim and fair treatment. If one or the other is not provided, the collection agency should *not* win your assets. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework. Got a call from 8773450895.  They're a debt collection agency - www.fspay.com...

Calling for someone else about a debt that has already been paid!

Called me on my cell phone than call me at work

I have gotten calls and the voicemails are in Spanish of which I do not speak.

I also had a call but the man left a VM saying that if this was not the person he was trying to reach to please call 855-807-4647 to have my number removed.  I tried it but keep getting calls.  Perhaps it takes longer than 48 hours.

Update: This is a debt collection agency. Called again on my cell phone asking for someone who does not live here.

I received a call from this number and when I called back I was told it was First Source Advantage. He declined to tell me anything else.

Live person called me on my mobile number asking for someone I never heard of.

I've gotten two calls from this number after both calls some of my voicemails are deleted

I received a call from this number, no one leaves a messages. Tried calling back and i get a fast busy signal.
