Thanks for the info I just got something in the mail about reducing my loan amount and payment, but with all the scams out there I always double check.  Is going where scammers should all be in the trash.

Just received a letter from these bugs asking that I contact them regarding my BofA loan 'promptly'.  I was born at night, just not last night.  I am capable of handling these situations, should they arise, without the assistance of blood sucking leaches like these rat-infested, worm-eating, human fecal wastes of oxygen! (too harsh?)...Nahhh... I filed a complaint with the BBB.  File a complaint with the BBB and let these pond-scum lawyers spend their energy fixing their reputation rather than this crap.  My 2 pennies.

This Company is a SCAM... Plain and Simple. They hide behind the rule that states "it is unlawful for any law firm to predict the outcome in any case"... But its NOT unlawful to charge 4500 bucks to roll the dice and give it a shot. Yes, it is unlawful to predict the outcome of a case, but in order to be able to hide behind that you actually have to HAVE A CASE.

Please save your money and do NOT work with this company. It is run by a piss poor management team that forces its minimum wage employees to use a script to not only show people how screwed they got by the banks but to also force them into thinking that thier home will be gone without any hope unless you hire them. A loan modification is NOT difficult work and is NOT worth $4500.. You just need to know to contact your INVESTOR and NOT your SERVICER.

Saving your home does not cost 5 grand. Remember these are attorneys. They are out to get rich just as much as the scumbags on Wall Street.

We got a letter from Avid Law Center stating that I maybe eligible for principal reduction, etc. I did some research online and found they are nothing but a scam.

be eligible for a reduction in our loan.. Yah right and Thanks to all of you posting the information about these

In times like these for this scam to be going on is discusting.Something should be done about this. The letter that was sent to us was as miss leading as anything we have ever seen. How many people have to be scared by these slimmy people? The letter also said it was a final notice.
