This is the biggest Craigslist scam ever!  These crooks use pictures taken from other real estate listings which they know nothing about.  Notice in some of the ads on Craigslist just below the picture it states, "For advertisting purposes only." Do not respond to these crooks.  Do as I dp.  I mark their advertisements as spam eveythime I see one.  Anybody with an ounce of intelligence should know  you don't have to pay for real estate listings.  There are plenty free list out there but I won't name because these same crooks may try and advertise there too!

Just called about an add.... rent to lease. I just can not believe how RUDE and INSULTING he was once I did not provide my credit card and said I needed to discuss with my fiance.  He followed with with "do you have ask him when getting gas?"  hahahahah, I should have said yes!  lol
Instead he called a cheap asian who needs to get a bank account!  hahahahha, my reply was.... hey! I'm not asian!!!!  damn fool!

So....... the lesson hear is, let's have a drink and word to the wise. YES, this is a scam. Stay far far away.

Oh, and when I asked for his name..... he's reply was;  "don't worry about my name, honey"

You probably work for them.  I do not believe you.
The State of California requires every business to give to anyone asking the Agent for Service of Process, including their address.  It is the law.  I could not get it from these people.  Jason told me that he uncle was a State of California Senator when I questioned him about the company.  If true, I wonder how his uncle feels about what he does for a living.

Call 800-387-6228 Customer Service and ask for the agent for service of process.  If they refuse, call the Secretary of State and file a complaint.  The company address is 11301 West Olympic Blvd, Ste 425, Los Angeles, CA 90064 according to the BBB, which gives them an "F" rating.  Put them out of business and you will be doing the public a service.  I proudly display my real name

I'm glad this website was able to tell me more about these losers, and because of what I read here, have NO intention of calling.  Yes, that saying is true...when it looks or sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  But what gets me is they use the SAME DAMN PHOTOS for numerous listings!  The same "redondo beach beauty" is also listed as "torrance charmer".  I don't think they review thier listings because they use and re-use the same photos with the same bull crap lines.  Seriously?!  LOL!  These people are losers!!!

Everything mentioned here is true, but every good scam deserves another. Just call the number as often as you can and hang up when they pickup or better yet just keep them busy on the phone with the same BS they give you.

I'd be willing to bet you work for realtydeals.

I see recurrent and redundant ads from this company on craigslist.  One thing's for sure, they post the same photos for different houses.  How can that be?  At best, it's false advertising.  At worst, it's plain ol' fraud.

Notice they never publish the exact address. Just a street name with like 50 houses on it. It is now 6:05 PM and I think I am on hold till the morning so I am going to do a little experiment. i about to leave work. There is hold music and since it's their toll free number I will just put the phone down and and go home and see if it's still on hold in the morning. If it is then the bill is on them. HaHa!. We should all do this and run their Phone bill up. I was 7th in line when I started and 15 minutes later I was next in line. Now 30 minutes into the phone call I still next in line.

Yeah, I like the bit about the mom and the dog and the cancer. Nice touch. It's like every sob story you've ever heard all rolled into one. And in ALL CAPS, no less.

This is definitely a scam. Every listing where this number pops up is a too-good-to-be-true price. I just saw it on a 2,280 square foot 4bd/3ba house in El Segundo that was listed for $2,530/mo. Yeah, right!

"TONYA" is a pretty obvious sock puppet for these guys. How would a happy customer have ever found this website that's linked to the company only by the phone number?  They wouldn't!

These guys spam craigslist constantly - listing after listing after listing - and if I don't recognize the listing style or number, I do as soon as they pick up the phone and start pressuring me for a credit card number.

If you want to pay a rental broker to help you find a place in Los Angeles, there's a company you'll quickly identify that handles the whole "westside" - a company that'll let you browse their extensive listings and pay only when you're sure you want to pay for a subscription to their brokering service. But 877-348-5287 is a scam, plain and simple.
