SCAMMER ALERT

Ok!  So this Mark Collins called me back in December of 2010 and notified me that there was a court order issued for my name and ssn.  I had previously taken out a payday loan with a company back in April of 2010.  In January of 2011, I made payment arrangments with Mr. Collins for a total amount of $320.00, which is what the balance was.  Since then, I have had multiple people calling me, saying they are law firms and collection agents that are trying to get this resolved.  I still have my receipt of payment, but I cannot get ahold of Mr. Collins.  The company that I got the payday loan from no longer has my record as it was sent to an outside collection agency.  How do I get this resolved where they show it is paid in full, and how do I report Mr. Collins of fraud, seeing as the number he was listed at is no longer in service, or they are not able to take phone calls.  (The company he used to collect the funds was the Josephues Group out of Georgia.)

These people are bu***hit artists! they even go so far as to say that they are not a debt collection company. Pay them no mind, nothing will happen to you. I know this because I just got off the phone with one of these losers, and after I had upset him with my barrage of questions, he hung up on me! LOL losers pure and simple.

I just receive a email stating that they will hold my tax return can they do that who are these people any inside will help me

Recieved a recorded message on my cell number from these people. Said I was being sued in Federal Court for not filing my taxes. Tried to call them back and got a voice mailbox that was full. Now that I know they are a debt collector, which is funny since I do not own ayone money, and they probablly dialed the wrong number, I am going to read them the riot act if they call me back.

FEDERAL LAW STATES:

Debt collectors may not harass, use threats of violence or harm; use obscene or profane language; or
repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone.

Debt collectors also are prohibited from saying that:

you will be arrested if you don’t pay your debt; they’ll seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages unless they are permitted by law to take the action and intend to do so; or legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don’t intend to take the action; send you anything that looks like an official document from a court or government agency if it  (IE IRS LETTERS).

PEOPLE, DO NOT BELIEVE THE ILLITERATE MARK COLLINS POSTING HIS BU***HIT ON HERE. IF THIS NUMBER CALLS YOU. ASK FOR VERIFICATION UP FRONT- AGAIN, BY LAW THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE IT, it THEY DON'T, then THEY CAN'T- the FIRST OF MANY TELL TALE SIGNS THAT THEY ARE NOT LEGIT.

I  called back the number and got a Mark Collins voice mailbox that was full. I called back again and he answered and put me on hold for a while, I hung up. I only called because I got a voicemail stating that my taxes would be held and it was a recording not even a real person that left that message. The name of the company on that message sounded like insignia something but the number they left was for Allied/Alliance group.

These people called a cell phone listed with the national do not call list and left threating message stating that due to non responce, that a court order has been issued to them to withhold all my income tax returns and garnish wages and just left this number to call back. This is harrassment and a viloation of the national do not call list. These people need to be arrested for fraud.

I know I do not have any business with the Allied Group..I want them shut down I am going to report them on every thing I can

these people are SCAMMERS. Their IP address matches those of other companies trying to do the SAME SCAM.  Even better, they "CLAIM" to be ALLLIED INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES, LLC. with the website to fool you http://alliedinvestigativeonline.com. Funny because this scam company Allied Group, Alliance Group, Allied Investigations, whatever they want to call themselves copied a LEGAL investigation company's name without knowing it! Do what you can and have to to report these bottom feeder scam artists.

Its a scam.  You do not owe them any money.  They bought or hacked your information from a place you have done business with.  Ignore them.  Delete the message.  Block the number or put it in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".

I got a call on my phone machine from Allied group, they said they have my name and social security # and they are going to get a court order against  me. For what? I do not know these people. Help!!!

I got a call from this number saying that my tax return was suspended due to blah blah blah SS# validation and some other junk, yeah ...

i had received a call from allied group saying that i owed for a payday when mte financial tried to take it out of 200.00 they said the account was closed i had 72 hr to make a payment they could not give me how much the origianl was for what the cking account numer was they would not even give me the number to mte finiancil so i could contact them i went to make to get my bank to ck to see if maybe that infact did happen there were no such transactions had my account since 05 this supposedly happend in 08 the one lady at allied group called me bi*** and hung up the phone they said they could not give me anymore infor like who took it out how much the original loan was for the cking account numer that was supposedly closed finally he said ok c u in court i said ok it does not exist you r a scam he hung up on me the lady that called the bi*** her name was elain their number is 1 877 349 6951 whis someone could do something if these people could provide information that we ask maybe it all could be taken care of dont have a payday loan i pay my bills scam

I received an automated message stating they are going to intercept my tax return.  I called the number back and spoke with man who wouldn't tell me his name.  Works for Allied Group, for a payday loan with NTE Finanical.  (never heard of them)  states I have bad checks and I need to pay or I will be served.  I advised to serve me as I have never heard from this before.  If I owed something there would be some sort of collection process before this step is taken.  He said good luck to me and I will be served a summons and hung up on me.  Sounds like a scam to me for someone trying to get money over the phone and run with it.

PEOPLE-.  These RAT B*****DS are scam artist thieves.

1)  Read the rest of this thread.  You will see that these people have made similar calls to lots of people.  Most, if not all, of those people did not owe anything.  

2)  Next time they call - and they will call again - ask them to prove you owe the money.  They have to give you the name of the company you owe, the amount you borrowed/spent/in the bad check, the date of the bad debt, and I think some other details about the debt.

3)  If you really think its not a scam you can call or go to the court house and see if there really is a court date for you.

Called the office just a voice message about heold federal income tax monies

I received a voice mail--tried to call the number left--I don't even know that I owe anyone or that a court order is filed on my name?  Help!

ITS A HUGE SCAM

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THOSE SCAMMERS 877-349-6951...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO,THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.  DO NOT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU.  JUST HANG UP AND IGNORE THEM.

CALLED USING A PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE THAT WAS INTENDED FOR ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES.  WHEN CALLED BACK AND ASKED THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, I WAS HUNG UP ON, CALLED BACK 2+3RD TIME TRANSFERRED TO A VOICEMAIL FOR MARK COLLINS THAT WAS "FULL", CALLED BACK 4TH TIME SPOKE W/A MR. ESCOBAR AND ASKED TO HAVE OUR BUSINESS NUMBER REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST. AFTER HE TRACKED IT - IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR AN EMPLOYEE. I THEN ASKED HIM TO PLEASE CALL HIS RESIDENCE NOT OUR BUSINESS, HE GOT VERY MOUTHY AND STATED "THEN ASK YOUR EMPLOYEE NOT TO USE THAT PHONE TO CALL US" UNFORTUNATELY FOR HIM I PUT HIM ON BLAST AS THAT EMPLOYEE IS AT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SITE AND HAS NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS OFFICE. TOLD HIM AGAIN TO TAKE OUR NUMBER OFF THE CALL LIST OR I WOULD BE CALLING MARK COLLINS, YES WE ARE A SECURITY COMPANY- I DID INVESTIGATE! WHAT A RIDICULOUS COMPANY!!!

Just got the call from this 877 number. Same thing saying I would not get my tax return and I would have to go to court...blah blah blah. Called back and of course the mailbox was for Mark Collins was full. I have never taken out a payday loan and do not owe any money to collections. This must be a scam??

Does anyone have an address or FAX number on this guy Mark Collins. I call him he won't tell me who debt is with and when I ask him for address and FAX hangs up. Budd Hibbs said he believes they are out of NY and have some pending lawsuit against them. Collins is the lowest of the low.

i just received a voice-automated call on my work phone.  it stated that due to my unresponsiveness a court order had been filed withholding all federal and state income tax refunds.  it then said to call some unintelligible company (insinulane?) at the above number.  unresponsiveness to what?  why should i call back when there is no identification?
