did anyone get served?

I got the same message at my place of employment!  Stating that he legal documents I needed to sign and I needed to contact him!

I got the exact same message.  It was a private number and said that they would be serving tomorrow.  What city are you in?

Someone by the name of Mike Monahan (sp?) called my number stating there were legal docs that must be signed or he would serve them on 07/12/2011.  Did not leave a way to contact him, but a this number that i have entered stating to contact claimant.  He said "you have been notified".  Not sure what this is all about.  Don't have any outstanding bills.  Sounds like a scam to me.
