They called my grandmother n law, and human resources at my job threatening to serve me papers with the local authorities. What a joke!

This phone number called me yesterday and left a message on my voice mail. The call was for my husband and was regarding a debt collection. They said that my state attorney general's office had filed a complaint against my ex-husband and would like information on how to get in touch with him. I can believe my ex owing money as he was evicted from his apartment, but something seems a bit off.

Complete SCAM. I have been called maybe 50 times so far, along with my wife, brother and mother. I give them nothing each time and laugh. It's annoying but I guess no one can do anything about it.

Looking for someone we never heard of. Also threatens to deliver papers at our door. Gave this number call back and even extension #728 but no one answered. I left a message that they have the wrong people, etc. The case number they refer to is 860504. Wish the police would catch up with them. Has anyone received a similar call?
