"Mona Graham" called from 214-281-8441 and left a message that charges had been filed with her office. That i should contact 877-885-6259 to speak with the mediator or that my job would be contacted regarding the charges.

I fell for the scam at first they collected over 500 they then took a double payment out my account which lead me to investigate when they could not fax my bank a signed release form for me to recieve my money back with there letterhead lead me to cancel my account and stop all outsiders from entering and investigate more. Theres a kim who takes the money and a joshua who makes threatening phone calls to your job house cell etc.. I am in the process of hiring a attorney DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM BEWARE

This is a bogus collection company in Chicago owned by a Jason Bradley who pays his employees peanuts to scam people out of money he only hires black people I use to work for them until I found out this company had no integrity I'm suing them as we speak I quit two weeks ago no you won't get papers an no you won't get sued just harassed t they are located at 30 e adams in Chicago 2nd floor an all of the people who call an answer the phone when you call are the same people....oh an they change their number weekly so beware an spread the word if someone post that they received papers on here it's cause they work their an wanna trick you

So, with all of these posts above?? I have received calls from "Mona Graham" stating that she personally was going to serve me papers at my home, however, she could not tell me what county I lived in.  I find that hard to believe.  So, after a few harassing calls, I decided to play along, so I called this so called Resner/Klein and Associates...  I visted their website (which looked legit), and they had my information listed out there.  However, they could have gotten that anywhere. I asked them to send me a letter to inform me of my original debt and then I would take care of paying them.  They said they could not do that... Doesn't a debt collector that is for real have to by law provide you with that??  I have taken PDL's in the past, so I sometimes assume this is real..  On the other hand, they are calling me on numbers that would have NEVER been on any on line application that I would have done, leading me to believe that they got my inforamtion from a shady PDL company, and googled my name to find contact numbers for me.  They even called my ex husband because he shows on google as some one being related to me.. Really??? We have been divorced for 15 years!!!  So, yes... as I am not proud of taking on line PDL's.. I have always paid them back, and if not would work directly with the original loan company.. I will not give any money at all to a 3rd party collection agency that calls and threatens me or can't give me any original loan information.  How do you make this stop?????????

I am a supervisor at a place of business where the same number has left messages in reference to an employee.  They did not talk to a person but left a "detailed" message minus pertinent facts leaving you to believe that the employee has been charged (criminally?) at the HR division for anyone to anwer.  At the end of the message they state "You have been served".  OF course the intended recipient is no where close to any of these numbers...I returned another call on a mesage left today indicating the same.  The name left was Kelly Tilt but when I asked for that person, I was told by Alex that there is no one named by that and must be a third party caller.  When attempting to tell him my concern with them calling and leaving messages at a work place , he stated that it must have been the third party making the calls.  I stated that I would like to talk to a manager with Resner Kline and Assoc.  He said he would not do that. He began to talk a rude tone even though I tried to explain my concern and the legality of them leaving these types of messages at a place of employment. The repetitive answer was "a third party".  I explained that even if it was a 3rd party, they are hired by Resner and Kline and therefore have a vicariously liability. Once again I asked to speak to or to get a phone number for a manager above him which he once again refused and then would not talk....First if they are unable to give you a manager or contact #, I would be very concerned...second I am sure there are laws governing these types of actions.  In this case, they called a law enforcement agency phone number.  Making a complaint to a manager for non payment of debt is different than leaving harrassing and detailed messages leaving the indication that they have been charged criminally.  Oh yes, if you look on theiir web site for contacts, it is only email and then they might get back with you.  No phones to express concerns.  I understand angry phone calls but...MMMM

Just received a call at my job from someone named Mona.  They called my job before and asked left several messages with HR.  Because they called so much, I have now been fired!!  Well how do they like it now!!  Because of them harrassing me at work and leaving messages with my boss and HR, they have gotten me FIRED!!  I see a law suit coming to the harrassers. They called from a 877-356-6559 number.  Now you can't get the money.

I received a call on 1/11/2013 from 405-212-4199 (caller ID only said CELL PHONE) leaving the 877-356-6559 as a call back number with the following: Person called did not mention name of company, just her name of Kelly, talked very rudely like she was trying to be tough. Called my work number, left message, said they were trying to get ahold of my supervisor and I needed to call them back at 877-356-6559 and give them addresses where I will be, then said (NAME), you have been served!

A company telling another person, (i.e. your supervisor) over the phone your personal business is a violation of the federal privacy act from what I understand.

This group is not legit.  In most states that they have made loans they are not licensed.  If they were unlicensed your State's Department of Financial Institutions will tell you not to pay them and that they have no legal jurisdiction in your state.  Basically, they have to be licensed to make a loan in the state where they make a loan, unless your state plays ball with them.  If they are not, they have no leg to stand on.  Period.  The people on here stating that someone sent them papers and that they have to go to court in that state is someone from the company trying to scare you into making a payment to them (more than likely).  Think about it.  If there are unlicensed why would they come after you in that state and risk showing the legal system their unlawful loans in that state.  The states Attorney General would immediately fine them and sue the company into oblivion.

Slow day in the boiler room? It must be tough to trick victims out of money what with sites like this.

Yes they were very legit papers.  They said I have a court date on February 6th in my local court.   Guess I will also be taking off work to go to deal with this.  I wish I called and straightened this out on my own before all of this bs.

yes I was served documents today from a company I owed money too an I have a court date so yes if they called your job its because u owe somebody I didnt know I could call the number to avoid going to court now I gotta miss f****ng work to not have a warrent

What did the papers say?  Were they legit? They called my boss and told him that they would be serving me at work.

have they actually filed charges?  They told my boss the same stuff and that they would be delivering papers to me there.

called to get info spoke with an edward who answered everytime i called claim to be a mediation service named resner klein and associates called from a 7402056822 number says outa westerville ohio this is after i had to fight with him about finding out if he was a legitamate company he was extreamly rude!!!!!!

Nobody else wants them either.  When you find a way to stop it,  let us know.

Received three phone calls today and yesterday both on my cell phone and work place.  This is not acceptable and I do not wish to receive calls from this number.
