I can say with 100% certainty that this company is nothing but an illegal collection agency and they happen to be good at being bad. This is not a guess these are facts, they use phone number changing software to make it appear as though they are calling from local numbers, they have no authority to file civilly against anybody since they aren't a law firm and they also are collecting on accounts that they are not even able to anymore. Accounts get placed with them, they fail to collect on most despite their tactics and then the accounts get taken and placed somewhere else. They keep records of accounts no longer with their company and collect on them anyway so there's a 50/50 chance that if you pay them that it won't even be properly applied to your account. Personally I would never pay them, just wait until it is with a company you can trust.

I got a call from this same place this morning and as usual I sent them to voicemail, it was a woman named Maddie or something of the sort saying there was a summons and that I needed to call back to that same number..she called from texas and it was a 832.803.0349 number, I will not call back and if I ever answer I will give them the number to my lawyer!

I got a voicemail from 8328030349 from Sophie who I could barely understand asking me to call back at 18773566581. I'm glad I looked at this web site first before calling beck.  She said there was a summons being sent out.  Why would someone call from another state to send a summons.   I am going to file a report with the FTC.  

I received a phone call from an (800) number so being I don't usually answer them I ignored the call. I then received a voicemail notification. I went into my voicemail, and had a message from a lady named Sophie. I was told to call 1-877-356-6581, in reference to the supposed summons they had against me. I called 3 times, and on the third call was connected to Greg. He tried to scare me into believing that I owe money for a payday loan from FDR FUNDING GROUP! This loan was suppose to have happen back in May of 2012. One, I've never heard of these people and I know that I didn't take out any loan. I just checked my credit information and no such company is listed on my report either. I called the FTC to report them. I told this "Greg" guy I'd call him back today but the hell with him I say! These people are constantly trying to get over and scare innocent bystanders. I've dealt with this before and even had these crazy people call my old job and harass me to the point of me almost having an anxiety attack. I've had to change my number once before. DO NOT FALL VICTIM! Summons are served by a Court regulated Constable in person! These people are scammers and will use any and evety intimidation trick they can think of. You have the right to protect yourself. Please don't hesitate to report these calls/people to the Federal Trade Commission as they deal with all types of issues such as this. BE SAFE & BE AWARE ALL!

I received a call from 832-803-0349 and a lady with an accent left a message stating the same as other people on this website.  Said they had a summons and I better call 1-877-356-6581 to resolve the matter in order to close the summons.  They said they were from NCF & Associates.  I checked with the better business bureau and I can't find them at all.  I google both numbers.  I didn't get anywhere with the first number but I got here with the second number.  I have no idea what this person is talking about.  I follow the law to the "T".  I called my County Court House and they told me that nobody sends out a summons by phone or warns anyone that it is coming.  They send a constiable out to serve the summons and then you appear in court and defend yourself on the summons.  So I do believe whole heartedly that this is a scam.  

i got a call early this morning...girl said her name was Manny and she had an accent.  the phone # the call came from was 281-201-6036.  I did a reverse white page ck and it was somewhere in texas.  Why would a firm from tx be suing me?  the phone number she left to call back was 877-356-6581.
I'm glad i found this here, because I was tempted to call back.  I did try the first number and it wouldn't go thru, so that sparked the suspicion.
Said the company was MCS and associates and I googled that name and there was no collection agency or anything like it listed.

So I got a call yesterday from mcf and associate about a summoned by a Lady with accent name marsha.so I called back spoke to a guy name Greg. Asking for card info.so what I did was called the company I got my loan from and they told me it was an overseas scam. These people are full of s***

got same kind of msg from a 217 number to call back to a 877 number that is really crazy isn't it

I just got a call with a case number with a guy that had a noticeably foreign accent named Matthew that said there was a summons filed against me, with a case number but told me to call an 877 number when it came from a 217 number. Yeesh.

Some female  idiot with a thick accent(Rachel) called claiming it had a summons against me but no other information was given. The idiot called from 603-287-4133,but wanted me to call 877-356-6581 sounds bogus if you are calling from a 603 number to tell me to call an 877 number.

i should call this number because they will file a summons against me. A company with no viable phone number or name is bogus. They can call all they want and I will not reply. Give me some information that is pertinent or you can call until your fingers fall off!
