I have been receiving harassing calls to my cell phone from this number for more than a year, 3 or 4 times a week, always at 5:07am, demanding to speak with someone unknown to me. They caller would not disclosed the name of the company, even though I asked repeatedly.  I have patiently explained that the individual is unknown to me, and that they are calling at an unreasonable hour- and to stop!  They became confrontational and stated that the individual put my phone number (which I have had for 25 years) on a loan application, which entitles them to call me whenever they want and at any time they want (which is illegal).  The last few months have been robocalls that just hang up on me (which is also illegal).  I finally hired an attorney, who figured out it is Allied Financial calling, but could not stop the harassing calls.  I submitted a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of the US government, who had fined Allied $1,750,000 in 2010 for harassment, and filed an injunction against them again in 2013 for illegal conduct.  I promptly received a personal email from CFPB, that they will be contacting Allied on my behalf.  If you are being harassed, I recommend filing a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as they seem to care and will take action:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/#debt-collection

Would someone please sic the NSA-CIA-FBI dogs on these people and take them down; they may be the Russian mafia for all we know!

I think it is all a bogus number.  Not trying to collect anything for anybody, but just trying to steal someone's identity.  I have been home to answer the phone when it rang and they just hung up.  Against my better judgement, I attempted to return a call to them and the line answered and went "click".  I think the whole think is bogus.

Was looking for "Marie" Dorsey, had been on caller ID every day, several times a day.  When I informed them that I was not "Marie" Dorsey but "Maxine" Dorsey she promised to have my name removed.  All that irritation from phone ringing 3-4 times a day, sometimes even as late as 9:00 pm and they didn't even have the right person, pissed me off more than anything!

OK, here's is how I get these types of people to stop calling, I find out who they are (this is Allied Interstate) I get a good number for them (800-811-4214) block your number and call them, when someone answers (get their name) the phone ask if you can speak to (and make up the most outrageous name you can, if you're a guy make it a girl, if you are a girl make it a guy for example, if I called I would ask for Dquanomarques) of course no one by that name will be there, then say "I know he/she's there, I can hear them in the background DQUANO I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!" they will say no they aren't there, just keep saying you know they are and you don't appreciate being treated that way then get angry, they will hang up on you, call back ask for that person and start it all over again, keep doing this about 4 or 5 times, on the last call don't block your number, when they answer tell them that it sucks to be harrassed doesn't it, then tell them "It's ok, you call me 20 to 30 times a week, just thought I'd return the courtsey  DQUANO is home now" then hang up.  If they call back at anytime just act like a mental patient (spiders are crawling on you, then scream I'm blind I'm blind, if you have a small child hand the phone to them let them babble to them, or put the phone down, make yourself something to eat or drink, go watch TV.....)

I blocked them but they still got through. Obviously their number that listed on your caller I'd different from the actual number they call from. Just don't entertain they by answer the phone. Eventually they stop.

This number harassment to me

keep calling my cell phone. They do not ask for any person by name and are very threatening about some so called major legal issue. I have told them DO NOT CALL and my request go unheard. Make them stop blowing my cell phone up please..

the number is 877 357 4074 they been calling my phone for the past week, i haven't answered but they keep leaving messages on my phone saying "we are a debt collecting company, attempting to collect a debt any information you give us will be used for that purpose" I'm still in high school don't have any accounts of that sort so I never plan to answer this number, also whoever these people are they were just called out on a Morgan & Morgan advertisement saying to call them if a debt collector is repeatedly calling you. Don't get rid of the number though.

I am sick of this harassment and I am not whoever they are trying to contact.  If they don't stop, I am going to take some kind of legal action.  No one deserves to be continously harassed by these people.  I doesn't take much of a brain to determine I am not whoever they are looking for.  All kinds of information are out there on people, and I'm sure my vital statistics don't even come close to whoever it is they are after.

I also get calls for someone not here.  What is with this company anyway?  I suppose they just make up phone numbers.  Someone needs to disconnect them forever.

I keep getting music calls with no message and then today I got the harassment message. I do not have deliquent bills... I do not owe anyone anything! A++ credit.

This is a debt collection company that calls with an electronic message that they are trying to collect a debt.

I get 3-4 calls a day from this number looking for someone I have never heard of.

They call and say nothing.  But they call regularly

good god. i keep getting called by this number late at night! i have a nine month old.....i called the number back and the a** that answered the phone obviously is a people person who loves his job.....what an a**. he was looking for lucinda washington....i told him he had the wrong # and was given a huff.....seriously. if you dont like your job quit.  the call from the # was from a collection agency.

i am sick and tired of them calling us and not respond when i want to know who they are. how did they get our phone number in the first place.

We have been receiving several calls a day for the past 3 or 4 weeks.  They are asking for someone that used to live at this address.  They were told by myself and my husband that this phone number is not the person's that they are looking for.  I asked that we be taken off their list.  They rudely replied that they are not telemarketers.  I again asked to be taken off their phone list anyway and he insisted that they don't use a list and they are not telemarketers.  TIRED OF THE HARASSMENT!

877-357-4074 is NCO a national credit collection agency.  They kept calling me and I am not even the party that they are looking for. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit, if they even tried to call me again.

Left message on my machine that consisted of classical music blaring for a couple of minutes, then some idiot repeating "hello" for about a minute.

Apparently this is a collection company.  Their call begins with an automated message stating this is an important call about your account. They called my number by mistake asking for someone I have never heard of.  They would not identify themselves and were verbally abusive on the phone insisting I was hiding some information about the person they were trying to  contatct. For my own amusement, I managed to keep them on the line for at least 15 minutes just to waste their valuable collection time.

Debt collector.  When I told them they have the wrong party they argued with me.  I told them to remove my number from their database and not to call again.
