called  my  cell  phone  for a  family  member. .  don't  know  how  they   got  my   number.number.   They  said  they  were  playing  phone  tag  with  my  family  member,  but  wanted  their  number.  how  could  they  be  playing  phone  tag  if  they  don't  have  his ,( -family  member )  number'' .   They  said  it's s  personal  matter. I  have  him  no  information.  he's  called  my  phone 4  times  today  before 3 pm.  wouldn't  tell  me  who  he  was.

They call me at least twice a day, when I finally was able to get into contact with them they claim to be collecting a debt for a hospital in leflore county. While I live in leflore county the hospital they are claiming to be collecting for is over an hour away, and I have never been there. They claim I owe money to this hospital though and when I refused to set up payment arrangements until I could verify the debt. They hung up on me. I called the hospital in question trying to see if maybe someone had used my name  there, and they show no record of a debt for either me or any of my family members. It was because of this I came to the conclusion that this is a scam. They still call but every time I call them back they hang up on me after I give them the information. I am going to contact the police. Just thought I would warn everyone here to verify the alleged debt before you pay anything!!!

If they are calling your cell phone without permission...possible TCPA violation

this number  877 360 3445  called and said they were looking for   a name  and if this person isnt here to call back  so they could remove my name  number   they then asked me to repeat my number so they could removeit   for theere data bank  who do i call to ensure they dont call me again

8/10/12 received an automated call from 877 360 3446 called the number -  was not given a company name - a female answer - I asked her name - she said LaDonna - wanted to know my name - I refused - asked why my telephone number was called - did not ask for the number - only wanted a name

Ladonna was very nice, and I am so bored today.  I just need to get to work.  I work strange hours because my sleep schedule sucks.  I will work 3 PM to 1 AM today; so, I am not lazy.

I guess I will find out if I was scammed after my first payment.  Perhaps, I should contact the hospital.

I read this blog a while ago, and then finally after one more call today, I took care of my bill.

So why are you looking up the number on here, if anything you write were true? And why are you so interested in convincing us that this is legit?

Only one reason: You are one of the scammers. Do you get a bonus for spewing lies on sites like this in between yout stints in the boiler room trying to trick honest people out of money?

I owed a hospital ~$600 after insurance coverage, and I was avoiding paying it for over 6 months.  Ladonna set up payments for me and was able to reduce the bill by 25% as I am a graduate student, making only $21,000 a year.  She said that continuing to avoid paying it would hurt my credit.  So, I ultimately did the right thing.  DECA is a legit company based out of Fishers, IN.  Granted, I think their practices are aggressive, but if you do have outstanding bills, they can help.  Once you start talking to them, they will become more polite and identify themselves more clearly.

These people are becoming annoying. They call me twice a day almost everyday. From the comments above it looks as thought they are some sort of debt collector and considering I'm thirteen

Called back number. Told me who they were trying to contact. They apologized and updated their info. Very Polite. Hopefully they actually update the info...

Returned 3 missed calls some1 answer asking if they could help me and i stated "i was returnin call can i help them" they said "NO" and hung up? Creepy!! This is a SCAM!

Rude person claiming they wanted to help me.  Wanted my social security number.  Hung up.

Got a call from Deca Financial Services. This is a legitimate collection agency. They said I had not paid for ER Services. I had not received any bills for the same. However, I called the ER service and I did have an outstanding bill. They were not sending to the right address. The case is closed now. It;s not a scam.

Received a voice message from 877-360-3446 asking for Jeanne Marshall.  I returned their call and informed them that they have the wrong number.  They claimed they are the Clear Internet Service.

We pay debts that are legitimately owed. And that isn't funny.

you people are funny... none of you owe money but the collection agencies are all over you... good one. perhaps you should come clean with yourself and clear your debts. I am  just now doing the same.

never been to ER any where in over 7 years and owe no one but at 8:00 pm on a cell I just purchased (prepay) they are calling for someone, I called the number back and Brant said he'd remove the number??  Who are they for real.

They keep calling my grandfather and he hasn't owed anyone a dime since he paid off his house 20 years ago. They keep asking for A girl named Brittany Williams. He has told them more than 20 times that he wants to be taken off they're computer system but they just keep calling. Something needs to be done about this.

They are calling me three or four times a day.  What ugly people thery are.  I don't know what they are looking from my?

Recieved a call from this number stating I owed 810$ from a ER visit from almost a year ago. Told them I would call them back, was told multiple bills were sent to me (never recieved them) was also told they would not be resent due to this being about to go to litigation.

Seemed very fishy to me since my wife's information and phone number are associated with our medical bills... not mine.

Won't be calling them back... total scam.

Called me seven times in one day. INTERESTING how this happens, since the phone is a tracfone that I had for barely three weeks and only used it as an emergency backup phone. I haven't used it to register for anything or do anything that people could get the number. Yet there ya go.

Received call looking for person who is NOT me. Didn't identify company, caller didn't give name. I called back & "Brandon" answered, didn't identify company. Googled the # & it comes up as "DECA Financial Services" (based in Indiana). Debt collectors.

Get this phone call multiple times about a debt owed to Boone County (Indiana) Emergency Services.  I have never gone to Boone County Hospital and the hospital there is Witham.  I tried calling the number to let them know they're calling the wrong person and the number goes to ADT Security.  I would also like to know how to stop this.  My husband works the night shift and had his sleep interrupted almost daily for the past month!

They call 3-4 times a week,day and night.  How can I stop them from calling, other than taking out my telephone? I do not owe anyone, you can never talk to aperson,it's always automated. what can I do?
