THIS GUY PHILLIP KAUFFMAN CALLS ECRYDAY HARRASING NAD TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR AFFIDAVIT FOR SOMETHING CRIMINAL I DONE?? AND THEY ARE COMING TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT TO SERVE COURT PAPERS AND THAT I NEED MY IDENTIFICATION HANDY IN ORDER TO SERVE THE PAPER, " I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED" JAJJAJAJJAJAJJAJAJJAJAJJAA

Got the same call...they can't serve you papers over the phone..duh...obviously a scam...don't even return the call..notify the FTC with the phone number...it's fraud.

I got the same call from this person and mentioned also that he would come to my home and after my job. They can't do this anyway and referred me to contact this number. This is a fraud for sure.

I got a phone call but it showed up on my cell phone as "blocked" so I didn't answer it. They left a voicemail, when I checked it, it was a guy stating that he was coming to my home or job within the next 48-72 hours to serve me with a affidavit that I had to sign and go to court. I don't know what that was about. I've never been in any type of trouble in my life. I don't even have a speeding ticket or parking ticket. I'm assuming it's fraud but I'm not sure.

got a phone call from a supposed collector referring me to this number threatening to serve me at home at work. i feel that it is a fraud.
