Got 2 voicemails from 877-363-4335, the company is RMS or Receivable Management Services, a collection agency.  Mine I believe is regarding a Travelers Insurance policy that I have already paid.

What a stupid joke. Like Brad, the person who posted above mine stated, RMS is indeed "Receivable Management Services", a collection agency. Good job, pal. These morons make it difficult for us to find their identities. Why? They think they are slick by omitting vital and/or key snippets of information in their cryptic dunning letters. In my case, after some whirring and humming sounds to obfuscate the call environment, they refer to a recently received letter that I should call them about. Uh....tell me Brainiac...how do you (or would you) know what mail I receive, from whom I receive it from and when I receive it?. I'm proud of my FICO score and have worked damn hard all of my adult life in order to get it to around 800. I don't know. Maybe I am a compulsive obsessive freak with  all sorts of control issues, who knows or cares? Point of it all is simple! I don't need or want some crappy little BS company messing around with my credit score rating/s. Got it? Good. now if you are reading this in your 6' x 6' cubicle and they allow you to be a human being, you may want to communicate with me in a normal manner. at the least, perhaps you can CC: me in on your office BS memo's about me. You know....better yet....I have a great idea! Do you want to know something? Is there a question you have for me? why don't you try some basic commo skills and just ask me for crying out loud!!!???!!! Anyway, I've vented, I'm done. I feel a whole lot better! It's a collection agency.... You can't block them, the only way you can get rid-off them if you change your number.

I chased these guys down too, but found the issue was an oversight on my part. However, I did get their mailing address and wanted to pass it along for anyone interested.

If it is RMS, they are a collection agency for Traveler's Insurance company. They try to collect on premiums that have not been paid. If you ask them to commit to something in writing, they ignore you and send more dunning notices.

A female voice said she was Arness. She was calling in reference to a letter that I had received. She stated this phone # and the business hours. I do not know what this call was about.  I have been receiving them for at least six months and want it stopped!

I have received about 6 calls from this company. They refuse to identify who they are. Tonight they left their number 1-877-363-4335 and times when they were available. They say they are calling in reference to a letter I received. I have never received a letter. My phone number is unlisted. On my Caller ID their number comes up as unknown. They seem to have a computer call first because when you say Hello there is a lag before someone picks up. They have your name.

I keep getting calls also...about 5 now....dont know what this is either...someone let me know.....

I keep getting this automated message about calling the 1-877-363-4335. It pisses me off really bad. Is there a way to block calls from a number? or SOMETHING?

This company has left around 15 automated messages on my answering machine over the last few months.  I finally got sick enough of hearing their message to call the number and tell them to quit calling me but I was put on hold and redirected to their voice mail.  I left a message and don't know yet if the automated calls will stop.
